Week 25 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2016-17 Week 25 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu): 

Households: #1. CBS 4.76/9 rating/share (+21% in rating from first four nights week 24); #2. NBC 4.40/8 (-23%); #3. ABC 3.43/6 (+48%); #4. Fox 2.12/4 (+8%); #5. The CW 0.87/2 (-6%).
Total Viewers: #1. CBS 7.680 million (+25% from first four nights week 24); #2. NBC 6.999 million (-25%); #3. ABC 5.290 million (+52%); #4. Fox 3.400 million (+7%); #5. The CW 1.395 million (-8%).
Adults 18-49: #1. NBC 1.53/6 rating/share (-25% in rating from first four nights week 24); #2. ABC 1.45/5 (+58%); #3. CBS 1.30/5 (+19%); #4. Fox 0.89/3 (-3%); #5. The CW 0.47/2 (-11%)

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 24 (2/27/17-3/6/17, LIVE+SD). NBC won the week in A18-49 and did a 1.48 rating.  CBS was #2 with a 0.95 rating.  ABC was #3 with a 0.81 rating, while Fox was #4 with a 0.74 rating  Among total viewers, NBC was #1 with 7.265 million, with CBS #2 at 6.063 million.  ABC was #3 with 3.183 million and Fox at #4 with 2.432 million.

For season to-date (9/19/16-3/9/17, LIVE+SD), NBC is 1 in A18-49 with a 1.93 rating, followed by Fox at #2 with a 1.85 rating thanks to the Super Bowl and also heavily inflated by a high 7-game World Series. Without those 2 events, Fox would be #4. CBS is  #3 with a 1.50 rating and ABC at #4 with a 1.27 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 8.280 million, followed by the dropping NBC at #2 with 7.407 million. Super Bow/World Series boosted Fox still at #3 with 5.948 million as ABC is #4 with 5.203 million.
