Week 3 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2015-16 Week 3 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu): 

Households: #1. CBS 7.20/12 rating/share (-7% in rating from first four nights week 2); #2. NBC 4.87/8 (-10%); #3. ABC 4.66/8 (-8%); #4. Fox 3.14/5 (-10%); #5. The CW 1.12/2 (+75%).
Total Viewers: #1. CBS 11.450 million (-8% from first four nights week 2); #2. NBC 7.682 million (-12%); #3. ABC 7.096 million (-3%); #4. Fox 5.113 million (-10%); #5. The CW 1.784 million (+82%).
Adults 18-49: #1. CBS 2.51/8 rating/share (-16% in rating from first four nights week 2); #2. NBC 1.88/6 (-19%); #3. ABC 1.77/6 (-5%); #4. Fox 1.70/6 (-11%); #5. The CW 0.72/2 (+132%).

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 2 (9/28/15-10/4/15, LIVE+SD). NBC won the week in A18-49, thanks to Sunday Night Football, as NBC did a 2.70 rating.  CBS was #2 with a 2.11 rating. Fox was #3 with a 1.84 rating sparked by an NFL overrun, while ABC was #4 with a 1.79 rating.  Among total viewers, CBS was #1 with 10.334 million, with NBC #2 at 9.297 million.  ABC was #3 with 6.772 million and Fox at #4 with 5.341 million.

For season to-date (9/21/15-10/8/15, LIVE+SD), NBC is #1 in A18-49 with a 2.51 rating, followed by CBS at #2 with a 2.33 rating. ABC is #3 with a 1.75 rating and Fox at #4 with a 1.71 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 10.810 million, followed by NBC at #2 with 8.804 million, ABC #3 with 6.904 million and Fox #4 with 4.843 million.
