Prime Video Releases More Details on Kevin; Additional Cast Members Joining Tires Season 3 on Netflix

Prime Video released the official trailer and key art for the upcoming adult animated comedy series, Kevin. Aaron Jackson, Addison Rae, Ben Rodgers, Carl Tart, Cary Elwes, Charles Melton, Debby Ryan, Eugene Cordero, Jim O'Heir, Joe Locke, Joe Wengert, John Milhiser, Lamar Woods, Lennon Parham, Maria Bamford, Mike Mitchell, Neil Casey, Nick Tiger Wiger, Nicole Byer, Pam Murphy, Patti LuPone, Quinta Brunson, Seth Kirschner, Stephanie Allynne, Stephen Malkmus, and Tig Notaro join the cast as guest stars. All eight episodes will debut exclusively on Prime Video on Monday, April 20, 2026, in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

After the unexpected break-up of his human "owners," Kevin breaks up with them and moves into a local pet rescue in Astoria, Queens where a chaotic band of misfit animals will help him to figure out what he really wants out of life.

The series stars Jason Schwartzman (Isle of Dogs, The French Dispatch) as KEVIN, a housecat who decides to try life without people, and Aubrey Plaza as DANA (The White Lotus, Emily the Criminal), one half of the human couple he leaves behind. Additional series regulars include Whoopi Goldberg (The Lion King, Sister Act) as CUPCAKE, John Waters (Hairspray, Liar Mouth) as ARMANDO, and Aparna Nancherla (The Great North, Bob's Burgers) as JUDY - Kevin's new cat roommates at a local pet rescue run by human SETH, played by Gil Ozeri (Big Mouth, Monsters) and his dog BRANDI, played by Amy Sedaris (BoJack Horseman, At Home with Amy Sedaris).

Netflix announced four additional cast members joining Tires Season 3, which returns with an all-new season later this year.

o Rachel Blanchard (The Summer I Turned Pretty, Peep Show) plays BONNIE - Phil's warm, eccentric new girlfriend who brings her spiritual healing rituals into his life and the shop, whether the guys welcome it or not.
o Garret Dillahunt (Lanterns, High Potential) plays THATCH, Frank's scary brother
o Anjelica Bette Fellini (Teenage Bounty Hunters, The French Dispatch) plays CARA - A chaotic spitfire with a direct, playful presence that's impossible to miss.
o Matt Walsh (Vladimir, Veep) plays CLAUDE - An employee at Tire World

They join previously announced Season 3 guest stars Jamie Lynn Sigler, Billy Magnussen, Taylor Misiak, Sofia Hasmik, Bobby Lee and Dan Soder.

In the series, Will (Steve Gerben), the nervous and unqualified heir to an auto repair chain, attempts to turn his father's business around despite constant torture from his cousin and now employee, Shane (Gillis). After the unexpected success of their big marketing idea, Will and Shane rush to grow personally and professionally without fully realizing the cost of doing business.

Prime Video's Kevin Premieres April 20; Fox Renews Best Medicine

Prime Video announced the premiere date and revealed the title sequence for the upcoming adult animated comedy series, Kevin. All eight episodes will debut exclusively on Prime Video on Monday, April 20, 2026, in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. The title sequence features an original song, "I'm Coming Home," performed by series lead Jason Schwartzman and co-written by Schwartzman and series composer, Dan Romer.

After his human "owners" unexpectedly break up, Kevin decides to break up with them too. He leaves home and moves into a local pet rescue in Astoria, Queens, where a band of misfit animals helps him discover what he truly wants out of life.

Fox is pleased to confirm that our breakout hit series Best Medicine has been renewed for a 12-episode Season Two to debut in the 2026-2027 Season. Best Medicine stars Emmy Award nominee Josh Charles, Abigail Spencer, Josh Segarra, Annie Potts and Cree.

The series centers on Dr. Martin Best (Josh Charles), a brilliant surgeon who abruptly leaves his illustrious career in Boston to become the general practitioner in a quaint East Coast fishing village where he spent summers as a child with his Aunt Sarah (Annie Potts). There, he encounters an eclectic group of townspeople, including schoolteacher Louisa Gavin (Abigail Spencer), Sheriff Mark Mylow (Josh Segarra) and his assistant Elaine Denton (Cree).

Martin's blunt, no-nonsense bedside manner quickly alienates the quirky locals, even though he is the only doctor they have. While he can expertly diagnose any medical mystery, he struggles with a debilitating new phobia and childhood trauma that make intimacy difficult. In a town defined by tenacity and heart, the very people Martin pushes away may ultimately be exactly what he needs. Best Medicine airs Tuesdays (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on Fox, next day on Hulu.

The series is set to stream exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Loosely inspired by a real life break-up and the cat who was caught in the middle, Kevin is a hilarious and heart-warming story about finding where you belong in the world. After the unexpected break-up of his human "owners," Kevin moves into a local pet rescue in Astoria, Queens where a chaotic band of misfit animals will help him to figure out what he really wants out of life.

Paramount+ original comedy series Crutch, starring Tracy Morgan, will premiere on Monday, November 3. Produced by CBS Studios, all eight episodes of the series will be available to stream exclusively on Paramount+ at launch. Set in the world of the CBS Original Comedy The Neighborhood, Crutch centers on its titular character Francois "Frank" Crutchfield (Morgan), who goes by "Crutch," a brash, yet beloved Harlem shop owner whose world is turned upside down when his highbrow son and free-spirited daughter move back into the family home.

Crutch also stars Jermaine Fowler (Superior Donuts), Tony Award winner Kecia Lewis (Hell's Kitchen), Adrianna Mitchell (Snowfall), Adrian Martinez (The Amateur), Braxton Paul (Sesame Street) and Finn Maloney (Suncoast).

In a special event within The Neighborhood universe, Morgan will also guest star as "Crutch" in an all-new episode of the hit CBS comedy The Neighborhood, airing the same night, Monday, November 3 (8:00 - 8:30 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ Premium plan subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).

"Welcome to Family Value" - Calvin (Cedric The Entertainer) reaches out to his cousin Crutch (Tracy Morgan) to get Malcolm (Sheaun McKinney) a sweet deal on a new floor. However, Crutch insists on coming to L.A. to oversee the work himself, where he drives Tina (Tichina Arnold) crazy - and reveals an emotional vulnerability.

Max Renews Hacks for Season 4; Prime Video Orders Kevin from Aubrey Plaza

Max has renewed the multi-Emmy® Award-winning comedy series Hacks for a fourth season. The series' first two seasons received many accolades including awards from Golden Globes, AFI, Peabody, Critics Choice, DGA, SAG®, WGA and GLAAD. Season three premiered to critical acclaim on May 2 and the season finale is now streaming on Max. Season three begins with Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) riding high off the success of her standup special while Ava (Hannah Einbinder) pursues new opportunities back in Los Angeles.

The release of Hacks episodes 307 and 308 marked a new daily high for the series' overall viewership. Time writes “creators Lucia Aniello, Paul W. Prime Video announced it has ordered Kevin to series. The animated comedy is executive produced and written by Aubrey Plaza and Joe Wengert, the latter also serving as showrunner. Dan Murphy will also executive produce. The series is set to stream exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Kevin is about a life-long housecat who decides that he doesn't want to live with people anymore. Loosely inspired by a real break-up and the cat caught in the middle, Kevin dares to ask himself, "Is there a world where I don't do the owner thing and am just... single for the rest of my life?" The series is executive produced and written by Aubrey Plaza and Joe Wengert, the latter also serving as showrunner. Dan Murphy will also executive produce. The series is produced by Titmouse, Evil Hag Productions, and Amazon MGM Studios.

Plaza will star in Francis Ford Coppola's Megalopolis which will premiere at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival and Megan Park's Sundance breakout My Old Ass which will be released by Amazon MGM Studios. Plaza recently wrapped production on Legendary's Animal Friends opposite Ryan Reynolds, Dan Levy, and Jason Momoa, and Ethan Coen and Tricia Cooke's dark comedy, Honey Don't! opposite Margaret Qualley and Chris Evans.
