- ABC has bought a pilot pitch called The Dogwood, a multi camera comedy from the creator of Mom. (Deadline)
- The final three hosts and musical guests for Saturday Night Live for this season have been announced. (NBC)
- CBS has chosen to "lease" (in other words, it's pretty much like they're selling infomercial time) their late night lineup to Byron Allen after the final episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs, so that they can air reruns of episodes of Comics Unleashed in an earlier time slot, the series that typically airs at 3 AM on a CW affiliate, that nobody was laughing at even when they were new a decade ago. - In a little bit of brighter news for CBS, they have picked up Eternally Yours, a comedy pilot from the showrunners of Ghosts. (Deadline)
- HBO has picked up Rooster for a second season. (SitcomsOnline)
- HBO has a comedy special from Ramy Youssef, Ramy Youssef: In Love set to air on Friday.
- In a sign that "game show season summer" is brewing, new episodes of The 1% Club and The Quiz with Balls come to Fox on Monday.
- Saturday Night Live is new tonight with host Colman Domingo.
- Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat had two bonus episodes drop yesterday on Prime Video.
