  • A Bewitched reboot (or maybe reimagining is the more appropriate description) is in the works, but we don't expect it to be much like the original sitcom at all. (TV Insider)
  • Peacock and Paramount+ are rumored to be in merger talks. (Variety)
  • The CW wants to compete with the other major broadcast networks, but is that even realistic when they're relying so much on recycling series from other countries? (Deadline)
  • Although local broadcast syndication is not even close to being the powerhouse it was even ten years ago, The Conners is set for syndication in the fall. (Variety)
  • The CW is working on a Scrabble game show, which may be successful but we don't think is going to be their big hit to compete with major networks. (Deadline)
  • It should come as no surprise since it is basically one of the last successful survivors of broadcast network comedies, but ABC has renewed Abbott Elementary for another season. (SitcomsOnline)

The teachers oversee the school's overnight lock-in.
