SitcomsOnline Digest: Netflix Renews The Ranch for a Fourth Season; More Step by Step Coming to DVD
- Netflix is mostly associated with binge watching, but lately they've been on a binge cancellation spree. However, The Ranch is not being cancelled, and has been renewed for a fourth season. (Hollywood Reporter)
- There has been talk of Alex Trebek retiring from Jeopardy! for over a decade, but it isn't happening for at least another four years, and Pat Sajak and Vanna White will remain on Wheel of Fortune at least until then as well. (Vulture)
- Jimmy Kimmel Live! is generally not a live show, despite the title, but it will be on Tuesday, as the show joins the competition to go live for election night. (Deadline)
- The series Alone Together has been cancelled by Freeform. (Variety)
