It's Sunday, so it is time for "Sitcom Stars on Talk Shows" for the coming week. This is where we list what sitcom stars are appearing on talk shows for the coming week, the stars are both current and past sitcom stars, so this is for all sitcom fans of all eras!

An overprotective Christy keeps a constant eye on her 12-year-old son, Roscoe, after discovering he has been using drugs and alcohol, and Bonnie finds herself in the strange position of being the calm and rational one. Emmy Award-winner Jon Cryer directed the episode.

Life in Pieces - "Boxing Opinion Spider Beard" (CBS, 9:30PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
John’s plan to encourage Samantha to skip her ballet class and take up boxing with his trainer, Troy (Victor Ortiz), behind her mother Heather’s back has unexpected consequences. Also, Jen tries to discreetly seek a second opinion when Tim tells her she needs tonsil surgery; Joan constantly scares Matt by hiding spiders around him; and Greg grows a wiry beard that irritates Jen.

American Dad - "The Talented Mr. Dingleberry" (TBS, 10:00PM ET/PT)
Roger becomes a marionette and injures other students to help Steve win the school talent show; Stan, Hayley and Klaus start their own local honey business.

People of Earth - "Bee Kind" (TBS, 10:30PM ET/PT)
The group asks Agent Foster for help with an investigation; Chelsea and her husband go to marriage counseling; Jeff blames Don for bringing an intruder onto the ship.


Tuesday, September 5

black-ish - "Jack of All Trades" (ABC, 9:00PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
When Jack and Diane bring home the results of their career tests, Dre and Bow must come to terms with the fact that Jack may have a blue-collar future. Meanwhile, Ruby is convinced Diane is possessed with a little help from Junior and Zoey.

black-ish - "One Angry Man" (ABC, 9:30PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
Dre is forced to participate in jury duty after Junior responds to the summons that was thrown away. The case is supposed to be open and shut, but when Dre sees that the defendant is a young African American, he feels a civic responsibility to give him a fair trial. Meanwhile, Bow decides to let the kids swear in the house since they are more open with her that way, but she and Ruby soon regret the decision.

The Simpsons - "Caper Chase" (Fox, 8:00PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
Disappointed in Yale, Mr. Burns decides to start his own for-profit university and Homer is hired as a professor.

The Mick - "The New Girl" (Fox, 8:30PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
When Mickey believes Ben’s school is discriminating against him, she stands up for her nephew. Meanwhile, Sabrina and Chip spend time with Alba and learn some surprising things about her.

The tables are turned when a cyber bully targets Sabrina, leading Mickey to come up with a plan for revenge. Meanwhile, Jimmy teaches Chip and Ben how to be self-sufficient, resulting in a painful disaster.

Cheryl has her eyes on the grand prize at the big hair show, but her ambition is contagious and soon Jay and Smitty are competing against her.


Wednesday, September 6

The Goldbergs - "Deadheads" (ABC, 8:00PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
Barry feels threatened when school deadhead Matt starts hanging out with the JTP and soon finds himself kicked out of the group when he becomes too controlling. Back at home, Adam uses a curse word which sends Beverly into a tail spin, even though she curses all of the time. To curb everyone’s behavior, a swear jar is created, with the money going to a vacation of the winner’s choice.

Speechless - "R-U-N-- RUNAWAY" (ABC, 8:30PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
When Maya learns JJ attempted to run away, she is determined to help him complete the task as any able-bodied person could, but her actions exasperate JJ, as he longs for independence. Meanwhile, Jimmy struggles to have hard talks with the kids without Maya, and Dylan tries to get Kenneth to revive his glory days as a high school sports star.

Modern Family - "All Things Being Equal" (ABC, 9:00PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
Gloria, Claire, Haley, Alex, Lily, Luke and Manny are equally committed to showing their support for gender equality and the women’s movement in very different ways. Meanwhile, Jay and Phil are at odds on how their parking lot attendant, Joan (guest-star Niecy Nash), should be running their lot, and jealousy ensues when Pam prefers Mitchell’s help over Cam’s with her baby.

American Housewife - "The Walk" (ABC, 9:30PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
Anna-Kat tells her parents that all she wants for her birthday is a chance to walk the three blocks to the library alone. Can Katie find a way to allow her a little freedom while still keeping tabs on her? Meanwhile, Greg is having a hard time adjusting to the fact that Taylor has a boyfriend, and Katie is annoyed that Oliver’s entitled friend Cooper Bradford seems to be spending every waking moment at the Ottos.

So much can happen to the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker clan in five minutes! Mitch and Cam have five minutes to catch a new flight while fighting the effects of sleeping pills they took prematurely. Then at Rainer’s birthday dinner, Haley and Rainer are forced to reevaluate their entire relationship in the five minutes before the birthday cake arrives. Meanwhile, Phil and Claire pay a surprise visit to Alex and are given a five-minute surprise introduction to her new boyfriend. Finally, with only five minutes to catch a movie, Manny has to find the perfect parking space and endure Jay and Gloria’s backseat argument.

The Goldbergs - "The Spencer's Gift" (ABC, 10:30PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
When both Barry and Erica gets jobs working at Spencer’s Gifts, Erica gets jealous at how good of an employee Barry is. Meanwhile, Muray is thrilled that two of his children have jobs, so he insists that Adam gets one, despite Beverly’s adamancy that he should focus on filmmaking.

Marlon - "Hospital Party" (NBC, 9:00PM ET/PT)
Marlon (Marlon Wayans) and Ashley (Essence Atkins) have very different ways of coping when Zack (Amir O'Neil) needs surgery.

Marlon's (Marlon Wayans) lack of boundaries leads Ashley (Essence Atkins) to ask for his key to her house back. Marlon coaches Zack's (Amir O'Neil) basketball team.

Ingmar finds a way to get the money he needs to solve the mystery involving Tex, but he is distracted by Axel's newfound friendship with Sarah; Sun decides to confront the porn producer, Saul, who has sued the Swedish Dicks.

Younger - "It's Love, Actually" (TV Land, 10:00PM ET/PT)
Liza pursues a new relationship, as Kelsey revisits an old one. Diana learns the truth about Richard. Lauren encourages Josh to follow his heart.

Odd Mom Out - "Homo Erectus" (Bravo, 9:30PM ET/PT)
Animal instincts take over during the annual sleep-over at the natural history museum; Brooke has cold feet about Lex going to Mars; Simone reveals her true love; Vanessa surprises herself; Andy realizes he's been chasing the wrong woman all year.

You're the Worst - "It's Been" (FXX, 10:00PM ET/PT)
After proposing to Gretchen and immediately abandoning her on a hilltop, Jimmy has gone into hiding in the middle of nowhere in an attempt to escape reality. Reality does not comply. Meanwhile, Gretchen takes the first baby steps toward reconstructing her life as Edgar and Lindsay struggle to find normalcy in their new post-Jimmy/Gretchen world.

Friday, September 8

Raven's Home - "Dancing Tween" (Disney Channel, 8:00PM ET/PT)
While Booker and Tess team up to plan their 6th grade dance, Nia worries her dancing skills aren't good enough for the big event; Raven starts to question if she's being a good mom and goes overboard trying to volunteer for the kids' school.

To settle a dispute over whether Freddie liked Carly or Sam from ``iCarly'' more, the Game Shakers track down Nathan Kress himself and try to get the answer out of him by any means necessary.

When all the fast food restaurants in Springfield become healthy, Homer turns to the last bastion of greasy food for comfort — and digs up some childhood memories along the way. Meanwhile, Lisa must find a good news story when the future of her school radio station is in jeopardy.

Family Guy - "Bookie of the Year" (Fox, 9:30PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
Brian and Lois decide it’s time for Chris to work out his anger management issues by taking up a sport. Chris surprises everyone and becomes a star baseball pitcher, which turns Peter into a gambling father, as he bets on his son’s baseball games.
