  • Remember AOL Time Warner? Well, now get ready for Warner Bros. Discovery... if the internet doesn't mock it too much to convince them to scrap the name, anyway. (The Verge)
  • One would expect that the top-rated ad-supported series in the 18-49 demographic would be something that airs in primetime, but that's not the case for the 2020-2021 season, as a certain series that airs Saturday nights at 11:29 PM took that instead... for the first time ever after a 46 year run.   • Carter Bays, creator of How I Met Your Mother, has been binge-watching the series lately, and seems to want to "redo" some things differently. (Deadline)
  • Helen Mirren is set to narrate the upcoming ABC comedy When Nature Calls. (Deadline)
  • We're only a few weeks away from Hallmark going all Christmas on us in July, and some of the highlights of that month have been announced. (TV Insider)
  • B.J. Thomas, whose voice can be heard in the theme song for Growing Pains, has died. (CNN)
  • Robert Hogan, who has appeared in series going all the way back to Peyton Place and more recently series like The Wire (and some sitcoms like Laverne & Shirley and Alice in between), has also died. (Entertainment Weekly)
  • Gavin MacLeod, known for his roles on The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Love Boat, has also died. (SitcomsOnline)

When Gabby asks Bobbie to help vet men to be her potential donor, Bobbie is happy to participate until she discovers Gabby is considering Emmett for the donation; Isabella is asked to be the guest speaker for Takoda's daughter's class.
