COZI TV's The Lone Ranger The Masked Man Marathon; Peacock Gets Fresh Prince Dramatic Series
COZI TV has announced it will be airing a two-hour, The Lone Ranger special, "The Masked Man Marathon," on Saturday, September 12 starting at 8:00 a.m. EST (check local listings). The four-episode block special will feature custom animations on social media and on-air promotions featuring The Lone Ranger and his companion Tonto with a contemporary nose-and-mouth mask to remind and encourage viewers to wear masks and keep socially distant.
The Lone Ranger began as a radio show in the '30s before becoming a hit American Western drama television series from 1949 to 1957, for five seasons with a total of 221 episodes. The series stars Clayton Moore as the Lone Ranger, except during the third season when John Hart wore the hero’s mask, and Jay Silverheels who played his Native American companion Tonto. The following episodes of The Lone Ranger will air on COZI TV on Saturday, September 12 starting at 8:00 a.m. EST:
8:00 a.m.: Season 1/Episode 1 - Enter the Lone Ranger
8:30 a.m.: Season 1/Episode 2 - The Long Rangers Fights On
9:00 a.m.: Season 1/Episode 3 - The Long Ranger's Triumph
9:30 a.m.: Season 1/Episode 4 - Legion of Old Timers
In West Philadelphia born and raised...Will Smith announced that the beloved comedy series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air will come to streaming service Peacock reimagined as the highly anticipated dramatic adaptation of Morgan Cooper's lauded fan film, Bel-Air. Peacock has ordered two seasons. Much more info is still yet to come, such as casting and of course eventually the premiere date.
