SitcomsOnline Digest: Shout! Factory Acquires Broadcasting and Streaming Rights to Stephen J. Cannell Library; Schitt's Creek Plans for Series Finale
- This week's big news that has nothing to do with coronavirus is that Shout! Factory (which isn't so much of a physical home media producer anymore, now shifting their focus to streaming and broadcasting rights) has acquired the broadcasting and streaming rights to almost everything from the Stephen J. Cannell library. (Deadline)
- When Schitt's Creek comes to an end next month, there will be an hourlong documentary looking back at the series. (Entertainment Weekly)
