As Halloween approaches, Frankie discovers that a woman had died in the bathtub of the Heck house close to 50 years ago; Frankie and Brick become convinced that she was murdered and, much to Mike’s chagrin, attempt to track down and find the murderer. Meanwhile, Axl and Lexie become frustrated over losing their alone time when Sue insists on hanging out with them wherever they go.
Fresh Off the Boat - "It's a Plastic Pumpkin, Louis Huang" (ABC, 8:30PM ET/PT)
On Halloween, Louis is disappointed that Evan doesn’t take his childish delight in the holiday; Eddie and the gang plot to crash a cool older girl’s party; Jessica and Emery are spooked when they hear a strange man’s voice emanating from Grandma’s room, and things get even creepier when a mysterious group of costumed strangers whisk Grandma away, making them suspect the supernatural worst.
black-ish - "Advance to Go (Collect $200)" (ABC, 9:00PM ET/PT)
Dre brings everyone together for a rowdy family game night and the competition is fierce. The game of choice is Monopoly and as the night progresses, alliances are formed and some are pushed to their limits. Meanwhile, Bow makes it clear how she feels about Junior’s girlfriend.
The Mayor - "City Hall-oween" (ABC, 9:30PM ET/PT)
As Halloween approaches, Mayor Courtney Rose and Police Chief Fox (Kristen Johnston) find themselves at odds on how to handle the community’s first annual spook-tacular celebration at City Hall. During the night of the bash, it dawns on Courtney that throwing a party to keep kids safe doesn’t address the bigger issues in Fort Grey and plans to work with Chief Fox going forward. Meanwhile, Dina gets into the spirit by dressing up as Congresswoman Maxine Waters, while Jermaine and T.K. set out to prank Val who has the last laugh when she outsmarts the guys at their own game.

The DiMeo kids mistakenly eat old Halloween candy that causes feverish dreams of horror and wish fulfillment, and Kenneth agonizes over which era of Michael Jackson to dress as for Halloween.

You're the Worst - "Worldstar!" (FXX, 10:00PM ET/PT)
Lindsay's mom comes to town, shedding light on the origin of Lindsay's issues, while Jimmy attempts to get over Gretchen by hooking up with someone from his past. Meanwhile, Edgar struggles to reconcile his new writer life with his old veteran life.

Superstore - "Sal's Dead" (NBC, 8:00PM ET/PT)
A dead body is discovered in the store on Halloween, throwing Glenn (Mark McKinney) and Dina (Lauren Ash) into a panic, and confusing the shoppers. Meanwhile, Amy (America Ferrera) and Garrett (Colton Dunn) get into big trouble using a dating app on Jonah's (Ben Feldman) phone.
The Good Place - "Janet and Michael" (NBC, 8:30PM ET/PT)
When the Neighborhood experiences a small glitch, Michael (Ted Danson) has to resolve the issue with Janet (D'Arcy Carden) before it gets out of control.
Will & Grace - "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Really Crying" (NBC, 9:00PM ET/PT)
Grace (Debra Messing) tries for her biggest job yet: decorating a string of boutique hotels for an obnoxious mogul (guest star Max Greenfield). Meanwhile, Will (Eric McCormack) is surprised at his reaction to making Senior Partner; Beverly Leslie (Leslie Jordan) discloses his secret to Karen (Megan Mullally); and Jack (Sean Hayes) owns half of a winning lottery ticket.
Great News - "Night of the Living Screen" (NBC, 9:30PM ET/PT)
Katie (Briga Heelan) realizes that while she has been working her way up at MMN, her friends, including Jessica (guest star Cecily Strong), have been getting married, having kids, and buying houses in New Jersey. Feeling pressure to impress them on Instagram with the hip New York City lifestyle that she has chosen instead, she lucks into going to a very cool Halloween party with Portia (Nicole Richie). Meanwhile, Chuck (John Michael Higgins) has been asked to use a new smart screen on the show, and in an attempt to get out of this seemingly impossible task, tries to convince Carol (Andrea Martin) that it is possessed.
