Week 18 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2015-16 Week 18 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu): 

Households: #1. CBS 6.02/10 rating/share (+18% in rating from first four nights week 17); #2. NBC 3.79/6 (+4%); #3. Fox 3.43/6 (-1%); #4. ABC 2.92/5 (-4%); #5. The CW 1.37/2 (+69%).
Total Viewers: #1. CBS 9.631 million (+19% from first four nights week 17); #2. NBC 5.844 million (+3%); #3. Fox 5.631 million (-1%); #4. ABC 4.471 million (-4%); #5. The CW 2.240 million (+77%).
Adults 18-49: #1. CBS 1.72/6 rating/share (+11% in rating from first four nights week 17); #2. Fox 1.64/5 (+3%); #3. NBC 1.35/4 (even); #4. ABC 1.23/4 (-5%); #5. The CW 0.83/3 (+108%).

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 17 (1/11-1/17/16, LIVE+SD). NBC won the week in A18-49, thanks to NFL Playoffs of course, and did a 2.56 rating.  CBS was #2 with a 2.27 rating, boosted by an NFL Playoff overrun. Fox was #3 with a 1.30 rating, while ABC was #4 with a 0.99 rating.  Among total viewers, CBS was #1 with 10.560 million, with NBC #2 at 9.631 million.  Fox  was #3 with 4.187 million and ABC at #4 with 3.874 million.

For season to-date (9/21/15-1/21/16, LIVE+SD), NBC is #1 in A18-49 with a 2.24 rating, followed by CBS at #2 with a 1.86 rating. Fox at #3 with a 1.60 rating and ABC at #4 with a 1.38 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 9.399 million, followed by NBC at #2 with 8.162 million, ABC #3 with 5.552 million and Fox #4 with 5.078 million.

CBS presents The Neighborhood: A Farewell Special, an Entertainment Tonight production, airing Monday, April 6 (8:30-9:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+. Hosted by Entertainment Tonight's Kevin Frazier and filmed on location on The Neighborhood's stages, the special celebrates the acclaimed CBS comedy's final season, honoring eight seasons, 156 episodes, and eight unforgettable years of laughter, heart and community, leading up to the series finale on May 11.

This celebratory event features exclusive new interviews with the cast reflecting on their journey, revisiting early days on set, and looking back at the show's evolution and cultural impact. From its heartfelt exploration of friendship and family to its comedic take on life in a changing community, The Neighborhood has become a beloved part of CBS' comedy legacy.

The special includes never-before-seen footage and archival interviews from the ET Vault, offering fans a nostalgic look at the series' most iconic moments and the relationships built along the way. Viewers will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the emotional final days of production, including the cast and crew's last table read, intimate moments from the final tapings, and heartfelt goodbyes.

Additionally, The Neighborhood: A Farewell Special brings audiences inside the cast's final wrap party, capturing the laughter, speeches, memories, and surprises that marked the end of an era. To cap off the evening, fans will get an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming series finale, with the cast and producers sharing what viewers can expect as the Butlers and Johnsons say farewell to the neighborhood they've called home for nearly a decade.
