MyNetwork TV Fall 2015 Schedule; CBS All Access Comes to Android TV
MyNetworkTV will be adding a new series to its rerun lineup this Fall. The Closer, starring Kyra Sedgwick, will air back-to-back on Wednesday nights in primetime from 8-10pm beginning Wednesday, September 30. This means current Wednesday occupant, The Walking Dead, will be moved to Tuesday nights for its second season on the programming service beginning Tuesday, September 29 from 8-10pm. The rest of the line-up will remain intact, with Law & Order: SVU airing back-to-back episodes each Monday night from 8-10pm, The Mentalist will stay put on Thursday nights from 8-1pm and Bones will remain on Friday nights from 8-10pm. Back to The Closer, Kyra Sedgwick stars as Los Angeles Deputy Police Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson, whose impeccable investigative and interrogation skills have resulted in countless confessions and convictions.
CBS Corporation announced the availability of CBS All Access, the CBS Television Network's digital subscription video on demand and live streaming service, on Google's smart TV platform Android TV. For $5.99 a month, CBS All Access will offer Android TV users thousands of episodes from the current season, previous seasons and classic shows on demand, as well as the ability to stream their local CBS Television station live in more than 85 markets across the U.S., including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Philadelphia, with more to be added soon. CBS All Access subscribers can also use the service on their Android and iOS devices via the CBS App, online at CBS.com, through Chromecast, Roku players and Roku TV, with additional connected devices being added in the coming months. Android TV users will have the opportunity to watch clips though the app and browse the entire library of full episodes without being a CBS All Access subscriber. New subscribers can sign up by visiting http://www.cbs.com/all-access/androidtv. Current CBS All Access subscribers can simply log in using their existing username and password.
