- It's Florida, Man has been renewed for a third season. (Deadline)
- Stephen Colbert has announced the date for his last episode of The Late Show. (Hollywood Reporter)
- Stephnie Weir has been cast in the ABC comedy pilot Do You Want Kids? (Deadline)
- Demond Wilson has died at age 79, which leaves Hal Williams (Officer Smitty) and Howard Platt (Officer Hoppy) as the only two cast members of Sanford and Son who are still living. (Hollywood Reporter)
- Catherine O'Hara, best known for her roles in Home Alone and Beetlejuice (but known to TV fans for her roles on Canadian series SCTV and Schitt's Creek, both of which were able to successfully transition to a US audience), has died at age 71. (AP News)
- FETV has acquired the rights to the original 70s version of S.W.A.T., which had a much shorter run than the reboot. (SitcomsOnline)

- Netflix has a new season of The Lincoln Lawyer on Thursday.
