A season premiere date has been set for the game show Lingo at CBS. (Deadline)
Even though the final new episode aired in 2021, reruns of Judge Judy (which somehow still does incredibly well relative to daytime broadcast TV ratings) have been picked up through 2026 in syndication. (Variety)
For the first time since he was fired by the network 19 years ago, Dan Rather is set to return to CBS News as the subject of an interview about his career at CBS News. (The Hollywood Reporter)
Bob Hearts Abishola just barely got a renewal this season, but it will live on in reruns for at least a bit longer as it heads to syndication (which is a much smaller deal than streaming anymore) in the fall. (SitcomsOnline)

WEEKLY PLANNER (APRIL 27 - MAY 3)

Catchy Comedy has a Gomer Pyle, USMC binge this weekend.
