- A series reboot of Max Headroom, with the original star even, is in the works at AMC Networks. (Deadline)
- It looks as if the current Jeopardy! hosting arrangement of two rotating hosts will be continuing indefinitely. (CNN)
- In the old days, the idea of rebroadcasting a network sitcom was a thought that didn't come up until about the fourth season, but now, after just 13 episodes, Abbott Elementary rights have been sold to both HBO Max and Hulu. (Variety)
- Chris Cuomo, who was once the star of the CNN primetime lineup, is headed to NewsNation this fall to host a nightly program. (Deadline)
- We rarely talk about soap operas on here and never talk about Australian series at all, but it's kind of a big deal when an Australian soap opera that has been on since 1985 ends after 9000 episodes, which is what happened this week with Neighbours. (NY Times)
- In the network's continuing strategy to cancel anything that costs money to produce, TBS has cancelled Full Frontal with Samantha Bee. (Deadline)
- Hopefully, plans don't change for this, but it looks like TBS is actually going to try to air a new season of American Dad! starting on Labor Day. (SitcomsOnline)

Alex hosts a senior health fair; Bruce resuscitates a patient with a DNR; Ron competes with Matt over a patient's homemade fudge.

It's back to school for Heådltston State JC, which means in addition to her coaching, Courteney must get her kids settled into the dorms and begin classes; when the girls' periods sync up, Courteney's doesn't and she worries she may be pregnant.
