SitcomsOnline Digest: CBS Series to Begin Production; Fox Eyeing X-Files as Animated Comedy

Welcome to SitcomsOnline Digest! It's hard to believe, but we're already getting to the point where fall is knocking on the door, but don't expect a normal fall TV season this year. However, it does look like some shows will be ready to go into production for perhaps a late fall start! Let's get going!

Several CBS series have been given the green light to begin production, but not exactly in time for the traditional fall season. (Deadline)
