227 Weekends and Christmas Day on OWN; Ted Danson Joins Inside the Actors Studio

As of December 2, OWN has taken us back to another time with the network premiere of 227. The classic sitcom, starring Marla Gibbs, Jackée Harry and more - airs every weekend this winter, so get cozy and ready to binge on iconic performances and unforgettable laughs. OWN will also air a Christmas Day marathon of 227 from 2pm-3am (and the regular Sunday marathon before that, so it's a Christmas Eve and Christmas Day marathon, technically). 227 generally airs Saturdays 1pm-8pm and Sundays 2pm-3am. Tune in every Saturday and Sunday only on OWN!

Ted Danson - Inside the Actors Studio

Bravo Media's Emmy Award-winning Inside the Actors Studio, hosted by James Lipton welcomes critically-acclaimed actor, author and producer Ted Danson on Thursday, January 11 at 8pm ET/PT. The multi-hyphenate star recounts his childhood growing up in Arizona, to his early career as well as his breakout role as 'Sam Malone' in Cheers. Ted Danson is an award-winning film and television actor. He has received numerous industry accolades, including three Golden Globe Awards and two Emmy Awards. In addition to his work on screen, Danson is also a passionate environmental activist. He founded the American Oceans Campaign in 1987, which merged with Oceana in 2001, where he currently serves as a board member. He published his first book "Oceana: Our Endangered Oceans and What We Can Do to Save Them" in 2011. Currently, he can be seen on the small screen in both The Good Place and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
