Somebody Somewhere Returns for Final Season; Virgin River Season 6 Drops for Holiday Season
You gotta love 'em all. The HBO original comedy series Somebody Somewhere returns for its final season, October 27 on Max. 7 episodes will drop weekly. The series follows Sam (Bridget Everett), a true Kansan on the surface, but, beneath it all, struggling to fit the hometown mold. Grappling with loss and acceptance, singing is Sam's saving grace and leads her on a journey to discover herself and a community of outsiders who don't fit in but don't give up, showing that finding your people, and finding your voice, is possible. Anywhere. Somewhere. In season three, we see growth against all odds. Starring Bridget Everett (Sam Miller), Jeff Hiller (Joel), Mary Catherine Garrison (Tricia Miller), Tim Bagley (Brad), Murray Hill (Fred Rococo), Jennifer Mudge (Susan), Mercedes White (Tiffani), Meighan Gerachis (Irma), and season three welcomes Ólafur Darri Ólafsson (Iceland).
Virgin River Season 6 Returns to Netflix on December 19, 2024. Netflix announced a premiere date for the much-anticipated sixth season of Virgin River with all 10 episodes releasing globally on Thursday, December 19, right in time for the holiday binge. Against the backdrop of Mel and Jack's romantic spring wedding season, this sixth installment promises fresh twists and turns, escalating love triangles, delightful wedding drama, as well as uncovered secrets from Mel's father's past which will transport us to the magic and mystique of Virgin River in the 1970s. The series stars Alexandra Breckenridge, Martin Henderson, Tim Matheson, Annette O'Toole, Colin Lawrence, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Zibby Allen, Sarah Dugdale, Marco Grazzini, Kai Bradbury, Kandyse McClure, and Mark Ghanime.
