Welcome to a special Christmas Eve edition of the News Blog! That means we will recap all of the holiday episode stunts, marathons and holiday movie stunts on TV today and tomorrow (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)!
Some of the major TV stunts we mentioned already were ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas concluding today and tomorrow after 25 days. That is our pick of course! TV Land's 11th Annual Merrython starts tonight and runs into tomorrow with classic holiday episodes of many TV series! TV One will also celebrate the holidays with holiday episodes tonight starting at 7pm and tomorrow morning and afternoon! Yesterday we mentioned that ReelzChannel will have an 11-hour Brothers & Sisters marathon with the first 11 episodes. Centric will have a Sister, Sister marathon today beginning at 9am and a Proud Family marathon starting at 12 noon on Christmas Day.

Some of the stuff we have not mentioned are Boomerang's Christmas Party starting at 4pm today with many holiday animated episodes and specials! MTV has a short That '70s Show block starting at 4pm. WE tv spends Christmas Day with The Golden Girls starting at 6pm. BET has a Girlfriends marathon tomorrow starting at 9am and on Sunday they will give us a marathon of The Jamie Foxx Show starting at 12 noon. And hello angels, spend Christmas Day with the '70s classic series Charlie's Angels with a marathon on Christmas Day on Universal HD starting at 6am!

Other notable TV marathons include Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey marathon tomorrow and both A&E and ION will air Criminal Minds marathons today. BBC America will showcase Doctor Who today starting at midnight. GMC will give us 24 straight hours of The Yule Log starting tonight. On local TV, of course KTLA has an Antenna TV preview on Sunday from 1pm-4pm PT, that we mentioned. But a station in Hartford, CT (WCCT) will have Christmas episodes of Paramount classics on Christmas Day from 4pm-8pm with The Brady Bunch, Family Ties, Laverne & Shirley, Happy Days and Cheers.

Movie wise, for the 14th year in a row Turner will have its annual A Christmas Story (1983) 24-hour movie marathon on TBS from 8pm tonight through 8pm Christmas night! There are some others on the other networks doing holiday movie marathons for large amount of encores as well. FX is planning to run the movie Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who starting at 4pm today lasting to 7pm Christmas Day. AMC will have two movie marathons. Today they will air the 1954 classic White Christmas and Miracle on 34th Street. Then all day tomorrow they will air the 1988 film Scrooged starting at 10am. Spike TV will spend today and tomorrow with a Star Wars movie marathon starting at 9am. Comedy Central's 13 Days of Christmas continues today starting at 1:30pm. While other networks such as TCM, Lifetime, WGN America, Hallmark Channel, and USA Network have movie marathons today.
