SitcomsOnline.com Mini-DVD Reviews; Summer Week 8 Sitcom Ratings

We are now launching yet another feature--mini-DVD reviews! Mini-DVD reviews will be posted right here on the blog on some Saturdays or when we have a slow news day. They basically will be short reviews, like you see on TV Guide Magazine or EW, of non-sitcoms--stretching from animated series to select dramas. We will of course continue to do our very popular full DVD reviews of EVERY sitcom and select dramas. The select dramas that we think fit our website well, will be given full reviews, while some other dramas that do not fit the site well, will get the mini-DVD review treatment. I have wanted to review so many sets I have gotten in the past, but they just didn't fit our site, like DuckTales, Garfield & Friends, He-Man, Inspector Gadget, and so many more. Primetime animated comedies (Simpsons, Flintstones, etc) will continue to get full reviews.
Todd and I will be doing the bulk of these "mini-DVD reviews." You should start seeing them pop-up here on the blog in the coming weeks. Expect mini-DVD reviews in the coming weeks of TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, Dungeons and Dragons, Dick Tracy, and maybe even a drama or two, like JAG. So, now we will be your home for basically most TV-DVD reviews! If you have not read any of our full reviews yet (shame on you!), please do visit our DVD Reviews Page.

And now back to our regularly scheduled Sunday program (the ratings)...
