- Fans were already somewhat aware that it seemed probable, but Fox has cancelled The Great North. (Deadline)
- If you watched The Simpsons last week, you may have noticed that the time warp for Marge and Homer's high school days, as they were now supposedly in high school in the late 90s and early 00s, and are apparently millennials, and the showrunner is preemptively responding to criticism over that. (Entertainment Weekly)
- Amber Stevens West has been cast in a recurring role in the final season of The Neighborhood. (Deadline)
- Apple TV has extended their rights to Peanuts through 2030. (Variety)
- Wanting to avoid the issues that his competitors have been involved in with regards to suspensions and cancellations, Jimmy Fallon has decided to continue to avoid politics on The Tonight Show. (Deadline)
- The cast of Everybody Loves Raymond is set to reunite for the 30 year anniversary of the series (though don't get too caught up in counting the years, since the show debuted in 1996). (Hollywood Reporter)
- In other Everybody Loves Raymond, the series is coming to MeTV in a little over a week. (SitcomsOnline)
- Saturday Night Live returns for a new season tonight, and we have a feeling they're going to have a lot of catching up to do with current events.
- It's a honeymoon weekend on Catchy Comedy with a binge of The Honeymooners.
