Apple TV Comedy Brothers Details; Jimmy Kimmel Live! Summer Guest Hosts

Brothers - Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey

Apple TV announced that its new eight-episode comedy, Brothers, will make its global debut on Wednesday, September 23 with the first two episodes, followed by one new episode every Wednesday through November 4, 2026. Starring and executive produced by Academy Award winner Matthew McConaughey and Academy Award nominee Woody Harrelson, and produced by Paramount Television Studios, Brothers is showrun and executive produced by multi-Emmy Award nominee and Peabody Award winner Lee Eisenberg.

Brothers follows McConaughey and Harrelson, who play fictionalized versions of themselves, and whose lifelong friendship is thrown into chaos when they uncover a decades-old secret: they might actually be brothers. After Woody's daughter's wedding falls apart, he loads up the family and heads to Austin for an extended stay at Matthew's ranch. But what begins as a healing getaway quickly spirals when Matthew's mother, Ma Mac (played by Holland Taylor), accidentally lets slip a long-buried secret that the two friends might actually be brothers. As Woody turns the ranch upside down in pursuit of the truth, Matthew finds himself juggling an entirely different identity crisis: a potential run for Governor of Texas. The result is a heartfelt, chaotic and wildly funny story about friendship, family, fame and the messy line between myth and reality.

The ensemble cast starring alongside Harrelson and McConaughey includes Natalie Martinez, Brittany Ishibashi, Nolan Almeida, Ella Grace Helton, Noah Carganilla, Highdee Kuan, Oona Yaffe and Holland Taylor.

Elle

Prime Video released the official trailer and key art for Season One of Elle, the highly anticipated Legally Blonde prequel. The series, produced by Amazon MGM Studios in association with Hello Sunshine, premieres all 8-episodes on July 1, exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Ahead of the series' debut, Prime Video has also ordered a second season of Elle.

We meet her in 1995 as a fish in the tumultuous waters of high school where she encounters tricky friendships, forbidden romance, and questionable fashion choices. Through it all, Elle uses her family as a touchstone, and forms an even tighter bond to her mother, proving that they can get through anything life throws their way as long as they have each other. With each challenge she faces, Elle grows closer to the Elle Woods we know and love today.

The Season One cast includes Lexi Minetree as Elle Woods, June Diane Raphael as Elle's mother Eva, and Tom Everett Scott as her father Wyatt, alongside Jacob Moskovitz, Gabrielle Policano, Chandler Kinney, Zac Looker, and Amy Pietz. At its center is Bret (Igby Rigney), an aspiring writer and keenly observant teenager whose reality begins to unravel with the arrival of a mysterious and magnetic new student, Robert Mallory (Homer Gere). Transferring in just before his senior year, Robert's appearance coincides with the growing terror of The Trawler, a serial killer targeting teenagers across the city.

Alongside Bret is his elite social circle, which consists of Susan Reynolds (Kaia Gerber), Debbie Schaffer (Hayes Warner) and Thom Wright (Graham Campbell), a glamorous and deeply entangled group drawn into a life of wealth, beauty, parties and excess. The promise of their youth is contrasted with the dark and cynical world of the adults surrounding them: Terry Schaffer (Wes Bentley), Liz Schaffer (Evan Rachel Wood) and Steven Reinhardt (Jordan Roth).

As previously announced, the series debut of Nation's Dumbest, a new celebrity competition series that flips the traditional format on its head - because this is the only show where winning is the last thing anyone wants, premieres Wednesday, July 15 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). Enrolled in this season's all-star class are television personality Hilaria Baldwin, actress and model Carmen Electra, actor Anthony Michael Hall, actor Jon Heder, musician and actor Chase Hudson, rapper and actor Ice-T, singer-songwriter Elle King, former NFL quarterback Matt Leinart, television personality and physician Dr. Drew Pinsky, stunt performer and comedian Steve-O, singer and performer JoJo Siwa, and entrepreneur and former presidential candidate Andrew Yang.

Lot Patrol

BET announced the premiere date and debuted the official trailer for the new original single-camera comedy series Lot Patrol, from creators Manny Halley (True to the Game, Dutch) and Ernest L. Dancy. The series will premiere on BET on June 30, 2026 at 10 pm ET / 9 pm CT.

Lot Patrol follows a mismatched squad of eccentric security guards as they patrol the chaotic backlot of a major Hollywood studio, wrangling unhinged actors, rogue crew members, and their own wildly dysfunctional personal lives. Shot in a sharp-witted mockumentary style, the series blends absurd encounters, razor-sharp humor, and unexpectedly heartfelt moments, as it pulls back the curtain on the entertainment industry through the eyes of the people barely holding it together.

The ensemble comedy cast features DeRay Davis (21 Jump Street, Semi-Pro), Carl Payne (Martin, House Party), Tamera Kissen (White Men Can't Jump, House Party), Darius McCrary (Family Matters, Transformers), and comedians Skeet Carter, TK Kirkland, Alex Thomas, and Tanjareen Thomas.

Kids Make Me Angry Sneak Peek; Shrinking Adds Karen Gillan for Season 4

Kids Make Me Angry

Kids Make Me Angry, a new Audible Original from the global entertainment superstar, entrepreneur, and author Kevin Hart, releases June 4, 2026, exclusively from Audible and sneak peek clips are now out. Part memoir, part parenting survival guide, and full of Kevin's signature comedic storytelling, this deeply personal audiobook follows Hart's 20+ year journey through fatherhood, from growing up with an absent father to becoming a deeply engaged parent of four children. Releasing two weeks ahead of Father's Day, Kids Make Me Angry delivers a timely message: being a great father is about showing up consistently, not perfectly.

Kids Make Me Angry chronicles Hart's evolution through eight transformative phases of parenthood—from early "Cluelessness," where panic and preparation collide, to "The Runaway," when learning to let go becomes the hardest lesson. With his signature blend of self-deprecating humor and raw vulnerability, Hart shares the moments that defined him as a father: teaching his 4-year-old about consequences after finding stolen toys in her backpack, jumping fully clothed into a pool to rescue his son from a Power Wheels accident, navigating "the talk" with his teenagers, and watching his daughter become class valedictorian before sending her off to college

Growing up with an absent father, Hart saw parenthood as "the opportunity of a lifetime" to redefine what fatherhood meant. His mission: to break new ground so his kids could start their families on a stronger foundation, transforming the Hart name from one associated with absence into one defined by presence, love, and mentorship. Kids Make Me Angry is Kevin’s third project with Audible, following the success of The Decision: Overcoming Today's BS for Tomorrow's Success, and Monsters & How to Tame Them.
