Hulu Debuts Trailer for Original Holiday Film; Sidelined Returns for Sequel on Tubi

Hulu has debuted the trailer and key art for holiday film Joy to the World, starring Chad Michael Murray, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Ayesha Curry and more. Joy to the World premieres November 1 on Disney+ and Hulu.

Lifestyle guru Joy Edwards (Emmanuelle Chriqui) - whose cookbooks feature her perfect home life and family - is horrified when a TV network decides to film Christmas dinner at her fabled, but fabricated, country home. Now, she must recruit her best friend Max (Chad Michael Murray) to pose as her fake husband for the cameras - but they both discover something real along the way.

Starring Emmanuelle Chriqui, Chad Michael Murray, Ayesha Curry, Josh Reich, Taya Messier, Heleene Lohan Cameron, Guy Sprung, Daniel Kash, Farid Yazdani, Sarah Hillier, Kelly Martin, Steve Pigozzo, and Martin Moreau.

Sidelined 2: Intercepted

Noah Beck and Siena Agudong of Sidelined: The QB & Me, return for Tubi's hit YA original film airing on Thanksgiving Day. Based on Wattpad sensation The QB Bad Boy and Me by Tay Marley, Sidelined 2: Intercepted will focus on freshman star quarterback Drayton (Noah Beck) as he struggles with the weight of expectations after a devastating setback, while dancer Dallas (Siena Agudong) begins to question the future she thought she wanted. As their high school relationship begins to unravel under the pressures of distance and self-discovery, they'll learn that the bravest versions of themselves emerge when they let life redirect them.

The sequel will also see Charlie Gillespie (Julie and the Phantoms), Sage Linder (Descendants 3) and Roan Curtis (Firefly Lane) joining the cast, as well as James Van Der Beek (Pose) and Drew Ray Tanner (Riverdale) returning to their roles from the original film. Justin Wu will also direct the sequel, with Thunderbird Entertainment's Great Pacific Media, Marshall Arts and WEBTOON Productions producing.
