Fox's Best Medicine Premieres January 2026; Final Season of Bel-Air Trailer

Laughter really is the best medicine! Emmy Award-Nominee Josh Charles, Abigail Spencer, Annie Potts, Josh Segarra and Cree star in the all-new series Best Medicine premiering January 2026 on Fox! The all-new promo was just released.
The series centers on Dr. Martin Best (Emmy Award-nominee Josh Charles, The Good Wife), a brilliant surgeon who abruptly leaves his illustrious career in Boston to become the general practitioner in a quaint East Coast fishing village where he spent summers as a child with his Aunt Sarah (Annie Potts, Young Sheldon). There, he will meet the eclectic townspeople, including the charming schoolteacher Louisa Gavin (Abigail Spencer, Suits), lovable Sheriff Mark Mylow (Josh Segarra, Abbott Elementary) and Martin's inept but endearing assistant, Elaine Denton (Cree, Twinless).
Unfortunately, Martin's blunt and borderline rude bedside manner rubs the quirky, needy locals the wrong way, and he quickly alienates the town, even though he's all they've got. Although Martin can expertly address any medical ailment or mystery in this idiosyncratic town, he's really just desperate to be left the hell alone. Instead, he keeps getting dragged right smack into the middle of their personal chaos, feuds and fantasies. What the locals don't know is that Martin's terse demeanor masks a debilitating new phobia and deep-seated psychological issues that prevent him from experiencing true intimacy with anyone. But tenacity is the creed of everyone in this small village, and the people who live there may be exactly what the doctor ordered.

The fourth and final season of the hit Peacock series Bel-Air will premiere on Monday, November 24 with three episodes at launch. Trailer and key art have been released.
In season four of Peacock's Bel-Air, Will tries to balance the fun and excitement of senior year with the expectations that have brought him to this moment. Carlton tests his own resolve as he deals with the fallout of some very big decisions that could threaten his future. Together, both boys will help each other through this pivotal time in their lives. An unexpected power shift will threaten the brotherhood between Phil and Geoffrey, whose loyalties to the Banks family will be tested. Viv struggles with reinventing herself as she looks at motherhood from a different perspective. It's Ashley's freshman year in high school and she's working through a rebellious phase but quickly learns that the status quo may no longer serve her. Hilary goes on a journey of self-exploration.
Inspired by Morgan Stevenson Cooper's viral trailer that reimagined the iconic, culture-defining '90s sitcom, Peacock's successful one-hour series Bel-Air takes a dramatic and raw approach to this world of swagger, style, and aspiration, while exploring Will's complex journey from the streets of West Philadelphia to the gated mansions of Bel-Air through a current lens. The series features an ensemble cast led by Jabari Banks as Will and a creative team that includes showrunner, executive producer, and writer Carla Banks Waddles and Cooper, who serves as executive producer and directs the final two episodes of the series.
The series premieres Monday, November 24, 2025 with three episodes at launch. New episodes drop weekly on Mondays with two episodes on December 1 and three episodes on December 8. Starring Jabari Banks (Will), Adrian Holmes (Phillip Banks), Cassandra Freeman (Vivian Banks), Olly Sholotan (Carlton Banks), Coco Jones (Hilary Banks), Akira Akbar (Ashley Banks), Jimmy Akingbola (Geoffrey), Jordan L.
