Cast Announced for Netflix's A Different World Sequel; Hulu's Sebastian Maniscalco Special Trailer

A Different World - Cast and Creatives

We're officially heading back to Hillman! Introducing the cast of A Different World, a new sequel series, coming soon to Netflix.

📚 Debbie Allen will return as a director and EP alongside showrunner and EP Felicia Pride (Grey's Anatomy, Bel-Air). Original series writers Reggie Rock Bythewood and Gina Prince-Bythewood will return as EPs with Mandy Summers and Tom Werner.

📚 Free-spirited freshman Deborah Wayne, daughter of Dwayne and Whitley, is setting out to build her own legacy alongside a whole new generation of Hillman's best and brightest. Tony winner Maleah Joi Moon (Hell’s Kitchen) will star as Deborah, the free-spirited, well-intentioned yet rebellious youngest child of Kadeem Hardison and Jasmine Guy's characters. Joining Moon are Alijah Kai (Everybody Hates Chris) as Rashida, Chibuikem Uche (One Of Us Is Lying) as Kojo, Cornell Young IV (Doing Life) as Shaquille, Jordan Aaron Hall (The Idea of You) as Amir, and newcomer Kennedi Reece as Hazel.


Sebastian Maniscalco: It Ain't Right

Hulu has released the official trailer and key art for Sebastian Maniscalco: It Ain't Right.

The latest special in the Hularious stand-up slate premieres Friday, November 21 on Hulu, and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers, in the US, and on Disney+ internationally. Filmed live at the legendary United Center arena in Chicago, Sebastian Maniscalco's It Ain't Right goes all in on family chaos, aging, and the little things that drive us all nuts - with his one-of-a-kind comedic bite.
