When Calls the Heart Returns for Season 11; Max February 2024 Programming
It's news that will get the Hearties' hearts racing! After an electrifying finale left fans and viewers stunned last October, Hallmark Channel announced that season 11 of their longest-running original series, When Calls the Heart, will make its return in a few months! Coming off an exciting Season 10 finale, this season brings the promise of a new start, romance, community, and reunion. Season 11 premieres on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 9pm/8c with a total of 12 episodes! In season 11 of When Calls the Heart, schoolteacher Elizabeth Thornton embarks on a fresh start - with new romance, new challenges, and new style. She and Mountie Nathan Grant navigate their growing romantic feelings while also leaning on each other for support as they face new parenting obstacles. Newly elected Governor Lucas Bouchard must confront his past in order to embrace his strengths and lead Hope Valley into the future. Retired Mountie Bill Avery and newspaper reporter Rosemary Coulter team up to unravel a mystery putting their entire community at risk. This season explores renewal, redemption, and of course romance as Hope Valley enters the 1920's.
Max announces programming coming to the platform this February, including the debut of the twelfth and final season of HBO Original Curb Your Enthusiasm (2/4). Starring Larry David as an over-the-top version of himself, the iconic Emmy(R) and Golden Globe(R)-winning comedy series offers a tongue-in-cheek depiction of the writer/producer/comedian's fictionalized life. The comedy series continues to prove how seemingly trivial details of one's day-to-day life can precipitate a catastrophic chain of events. To keep the narrative spontaneous, the series is shot without a script and cast members are given scene outlines and improvise lines as they go. Additionally, "The History of Curb Your Enthusiasm," a video podcast produced by iHeart in conjunction with HBO and hosted by Susie Essman and Jeff Garlin, recaps each episode of the series, featuring guests like Larry David himself, Cheryl Hines, Richard Lewis, Bob Odenkirk, and more. The podcast will be available on Max beginning February 1st.
Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (2/18) returns for its eleventh season this February. A satirical, insightful, and meticulously researched look at current events in the U.S. and around the globe, the series features Oliver's hilarious, expertly honed perspective on today's pressing political, social, and cultural issues, as well as lesser-reported topics that both inform and entertain. Shot in New York, season eleven will continue to feature the show's weekly topical insights, signature deep dives, and distinctive comedy pieces.
A modern refresh of the hit series of the same name, season two of Clone High (2/1) follows a high school for clones of the greatest minds in history. Twenty years after the original experiment was put on ice, Joan, JFK, Abe, and Cleo have been thawed out to resume school with their new clone classmates - all while navigating a new set of cultural norms and overly dramatic teen relationships
In Dicks: The Musical (2/2), two self-obsessed businessmen (writers Aaron Jackson & Josh Sharp) discover they're long-lost identical twins and come together to plot the reunion of their eccentric divorced parents, in this riotously funny and depraved musical from comedy icon Larry Charles (Seinfeld, Borat) also starring Megan Thee Stallion, Nathan Lane, Megan Mullally, and Bowen Yang as God.

Justine Lupe (Succession, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Cristela, Mr. Mercedes) joins as "Morgan" - Joanne's (Bell) charming-yet-cutting, quick-witted sister who doesn't feel the need to strive for more than she already has - which happens to be a hit podcast with her sibling, built around their buzzy banter and ride-or-die commitment to being alone together. Timothy Simons (Don't Worry Darling, Candy, VEEP) joins as "Sasha" - Noah's (Brody) outlandish, eccentric, delusionally confident older brother who loves living vicariously through his "golden child" sibling.

o Sherry Cola (Good Trouble, Joy Ride) plays "Ashley" - Joanne's lesbian, no-nonsense best friend.
o Shiloh Bearman (Home Economics) plays Miriam - Sasha and Esther's earnest teen daughter.
o Stephanie Faracy (Uncoupled, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates) plays "Lynn" - Joanne and Morgan's recently-divorced mother with a New Age propensity for the mystical.
o Tania Raymonde (Goliath, Lost) plays "Rebecca" - Noah's "perfect" Jewish girlfriend who has done "everything right" to get him to propose.
o Tovah Feldshuh (The Walking Dead, Funny Girl) plays "Bina" - Noah's coldly aloof mother, a woman for whom family is everything.
Peacock has announced the premiere date and trailer for Apples Never Fall. The series drops on March 14 for a 7 episode binge. Based on Liane Moriarty's New York Times bestselling novel, Apples Never Fall centers on the seemingly picture-perfect Delaney family. Former tennis coaches Stan (Sam Neill) and Joy (Annette Bening) have sold their successful tennis academy and are ready to start what should be the golden years of their lives. While they look forward to spending time with their four adult children (Jake Lacy, Alison Brie, Conor Merrigan-Turner, Essie Randles), everything changes when a wounded young woman knocks on Joy and Stan's door, bringing the excitement they've been missing. But when Joy suddenly disappears, her children are forced to re-examine their parents' so-called perfect marriage as their family's darkest secrets begin to surface.
