Carr as George "Sticky" Washington; Emmy DeOliveira as Kate Wetherall; Mystic Inscho as Reynie Muldoon; and Marta Kessler as Constance Contraire.

The 10-episode series officially premiered on streaming and on demand Friday, October 7, with its on-air premiere last night, Sunday, October 9 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME. The series airs weekly though Dec. 11. Inspired by the original hit Swedish novel and film, the series centers on Mark (Bichir) and his daughter Eleanor (Baez) whose lives were changed forever 10 years earlier when she was turned into a vampire. Locked in at age 12, perhaps forever, Eleanor lives a closed-in life, able to go out only at night, while her father does his best to provide her with the human blood she needs to stay alive. With these emotionally charged and terrifying ingredients as a starting point, the series upends genre expectations, turning a naturalistic lens on human frailty, strength and compassion.

Meg Donnelly and Drake Rodger

* Tom Welling (Professionals, Smallville) has joined the cast of The CW's new drama series The Winchesters, premiering Tuesday, October 11 (8:00-9:00pm ET). The news was announced today by The Winchesters producers and cast at New York Comic Con, with Welling making a surprise appearance. Welling will appear in the recurring role as Samuel Campbell, Mary's (Meg Donnelly) dad and the patriarch of the Campbell Hunting family. Samuel taught Mary everything he knows. Gruff and pragmatic, he's a veteran Hunter who prefers actions over words - and it's always his way or the highway. But when Samuel teams up with Mary and her friends to save the world, he won't only have to defeat the most dangerous monster he's ever faced - he'll also have to mend his broken relationship with his daughter. Welling will make his first appearance as Samuel Campbell in episode seven.

Danneel and Jensen Ackles

Butler's profoundly influential novel, will premiere Tuesday, December 13 exclusively on Hulu. The premiere will include all eight episodes.

Krapopolis is set in mythical ancient Greece and tells the story of a dysfunctional family of humans, gods and monsters that try their hand at running the world's first cities - without trying to kill each other, that is. The series features the voices of Emmy Award winner Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso), Richard Ayoade (The IT Crowd), Matt Berry (What We Do in The Shadows), Pam Murphy (Mapleworth Murders) and Duncan Trussell (The Midnight Gospel). Krapopolis will premiere in 2023.
