Week 8 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2015-16 Week 8 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu): 

Households: #1. CBS 5.67/10 rating/share (-4% in rating from first four nights week 7); #2. NBC  5.19/9 (+14%); #3. ABC 4.45/7 (-19%); #4. Fox 2.74/4 (-4%); #5. The CW 1.07/2 (-1%).
Total Viewers: #1. CBS 9.114 million (-4% from first four nights week 7); #2. NBC 8.353 million (+15%); #3. ABC 6.822 million (-21%); #4. Fox 4.444 million (-2%); #5. The CW 1.674 million (-4%).
Adults 18-49: #1. NBC 2.12/7 rating/share (+18% in rating from first four nights week 7); #2. CBS 1.70/6 (-3%); #3. ABC 1.65/5 (-24%); #4. Fox 1.43/5 (-7%); #5. The CW 0.69/2 (+3%).

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 7 (11/2/15-11/8/15, LIVE+SD). NBC won the week in A18-49, thanks to SNF of course, as NBC did a 2.36 rating.  CBS was #2 with a 2.10 rating. ABC was #3 with a 1.75 rating, while Fox was #4 with a 1.19 rating.  Among total viewers, CBS was #1 with 10.334 million, with NBC #2 at 8.266 million.  ABC was #3 with 7.024 million and Fox at #4 with just 3.464 million.

For season to-date (9/21/15-11/12/15, LIVE+SD), NBC is #1 in A18-49 with a 2.39 rating, followed by CBS at #2 with a 2.09 rating. Fox at #3 with a 1.82 rating and ABC at #4 with a 1.63 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 10.164 million, followed by NBC at #2 with 8.317 million, ABC #3 with 6.492 million and Fox #4 with 5.72 million.
