Peacock's Laid Premieres December 19; Jon Hamm Drama Gets Season 2 Before Series Premiere

Body count is about to take on a whole new meaning 😳 Laid arrives December 19 on Peacock. A woman finds out her former lovers are dying in unusual ways and must go back through her sex timeline to confront her past in order to move forward - Laid is a messed up rom-com where the answer to "why can't I find love, is there something wrong with me?" is a resounding "Yes. There is. The problem is definitely you." You can binge all 8 half-hour episodes on December 19 from Universal Television with creators Nahnatchka Khan and Sally Bradford McKenna and Executive Producer & Star Stephanie Hsu. Apple TV+ announced an early renewal for its highly anticipated new drama, Your Friends & Neighbors, and unveiled a first look at the compelling nine-episode series from creator Jonathan Tropper (See, Warrior, Banshee) and starring and executive produced by Emmy Award winner Jon Hamm (Mad Men, Fargo). Your Friends & Neighbors will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on Friday, April 11 with two episodes, followed by one new episode weekly through Friday, May 30. After being fired in disgrace, Andrew "Coop" Cooper (Hamm), a hedge fund manager still grappling with his recent divorce, resorts to stealing from his neighbors' homes in the exceedingly affluent Vestment Village, only to discover that the secrets and affairs hidden behind those wealthy facades might be more dangerous than he ever imagined.
Alongside Hamm, the series also stars Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, Hoon Lee, Mark Tallman, Lena Hall, Aimee Carrero, Eunice Bae, Isabel Marie Gravitt and Donovan Colan.
