HBO Orders Rachel Sennott Comedy to Series; Jaleel White Hosts New Game Show Flip Side

HBO has ordered a comedy series starring, written and executive produced by Rachel Sennott. After breaking out as the star of the critically acclaimed Shiva Baby, Sennott also garnered rave reviews for the summer smash hit Bottoms, which she starred in, co-wrote and executive produced. The pilot was executive produced by Emma Barrie (HBO's Barry), Aida Rodgers (HBO's Barry), and Lorene Scafaria (HBO's Succession), who directed.

Logline: A codependent friend group reunites, navigating how the time apart, ambition, and new relationships have changed them. Cast: Odessa A’zion (Sitting in Bars with Cake, Grand Army), Jordan Firstman (Rotting in the Sun, Dave), Miles Robbins (Blockers, Old Dads) and True Whitaker (Godfather of Harlem).

Jaleel White - Flip Side

Hosted by Jaleel White (Family Matters), Flip Side premiered in syndication Monday, September 9 (check your local listings). Bonus airings begin airing on Game Show Network Monday, September 16 (7pm Weeknights). Flip Side is a new comedy game show where two teams of players compete to guess how they think two different groups of people feel about the same issue. Every question has laugh-out-loud fun and surprises as the teams try and guess the top answers. The team that knows people best will play for the chance to win $10,000!

Flip Side is a Game Show Enterprises Studios production for CBS Media Ventures with Jay James, Corin Nelson and Rich Sirop serving as executive producers. T. Jones serves as co-executive producer. Cleve Keller and Dave Noll (Keller/Noll) and Ken Ross serve as executive producers.
