While Frankie feels the need to have a good cry after having a bad week, Mike shares the good news that, after 25 years as manager at the local quarry, he is being offered the job of regional manager but feels uncomfortable saying goodbye to his co-workers. When Heather, Clementine and Jen offer to save Joan from the stress of preparing the Thanksgiving meal, the free time leaves Joan even more frazzled. Also, Greg has a boost of self-confidence after learning he has high levels of testosterone; Samantha keeps a secret from her family during Thanksgiving dinner; and John is determined to continue the tradition of using his old, unsafe knife to carve the turkey.

Marlon - "Model Parent" (NBC, 9:00PM ET/PT)
Marlon (Marlon Wayans) convinces Ashley (Essence Atkins) to let Zack model for a kids’ athletic line after he is approached in a mall. After the shoot, Stevie (Diallo Riddle), Yvette (Bresha Webb), Marlon and Ashley are horrified to see that the photos have been altered as the shirt he is modeling now contains the phrase “Funky Monkey.” Ashley and Marlon decide to pull Zack from the campaign after the advertising executives fail to see the racism of the shirt.

Marlon - "Wingman" (NBC, 9:30PM ET/PT)
Marlon (Marlon Wayans) offers to be Ashley’s (Essence Atkins) wingman during a night out at a club. All is going well until Marlon meets someone too and Ashley finds herself jealous. Yvette (Bresha Webb) gives Stevie (Diallo Riddle) a makeover and kisses him in an attempt to make her ex jealous.

American Woman - "Changes and the New Normal" (Paramount Network, 10:00PM ET/PT)
Suddenly responsible for her own finances for the first time, Bonnie enlists the help of Diana and Kathleen in her search for stability; Kathleen & Greg start a new business venture and work through personal issues.

The Unicorn - "Turkeys and Traditions" (CBS, 8:30PM ET/PT)
Wade and the girls tackle hosting a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for friends and extended family. Also, Ben attempts to make a fried turkey for the very first time. Annie Mumolo guest stars as Aunt Allison, Wade’s opinionated and passive-aggressive sister-in-law who’s visiting for Thanksgiving.

Mom - "Hot Butter and Toxic Narcissism" (CBS, 9:00PM ET/PT)

In an attempt to plan a better future, Chidi considers his past.
