Centric's Marathons of Jamie Foxx, Smart Guy; Sitcom Stars on Talk Shows (Week of August 9, 2010)

Centric will have some sitcom marathons the next few weekends. Tomorrow (Saturday, Aug. 7), Centric will present a 24-hour marathon of The Jamie Foxx Show starting at 6am. This is the first time the network is airing the sitcom, but they are borrowing it from sister network BET. BET doesn't air the series on the regular schedule anymore, so it would be nice if Centric would air it regularly soon. As of now, it is just a one-time marathon for the sitcom.
Another sitcom not airing on the regular schedule on BET is Smart Guy. Centric will have a weekend stack next weekend of that sitcom. Episodes will air 12pm-6pm on Saturday, Aug. 14 with an encore the next day (Aug. 15) from 9am-3pm. Hopefully this show is added to the regular schedule as well. As of now, The Steve Harvey Show is the only sitcom on the regular schedule for Centric, airing weekdays in the 1pm hour. Other classic TV series airing are Miami Vice (weekdays at 6am & 11pm) and The A-Team (weekdays 7am, 9pm, 12am & 4am).
Stay with us soon for fall schedules for both BET and Centric. Will they add any new acquisitions to their schedules? You'll have to come on back. And come on back on Monday for another brand new installment of the fall schedules barrage when we announce the Lifetime Fall 2010 schedule! Stay with us!
