Additional series regulars for season two include Mekki Leeper, Christopher Meyer, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Lolo Spencer, Renika Williams, and Mitchell Slaggert.

That awkward moment when everyone has a superpower except you. Hulu has released the official trailer for new comedy series Extraordinary, a hilarious new spin on superpowers from debut writer Emma Moran and the producers of Killing Eve. All eight episodes will launch on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.
Extraordinary is set in a world where everyone develops a power on their 18th birthday... everyone, that is, except for Jen. She's turning 25 and is still waiting to get hers. She's not even fussy about what that could be: super speed? Laser eyes? The ability to plug in a USB the right way every single time? She'll take it. Like a caterpillar surrounded by butterflies, Jen feels unable to move forward, stuck in a dead-end job in a party shop and occasionally hooking up with Luke, a flaky young man with the irritatingly cool ability to fly. Luckily, Jen has Carrie to stop her from wallowing in her own self-pity. Inseparable since school, their relationship cycles between sister, parent, and wingman. Together they share an East London flat with Carrie's long-term boyfriend, Kash. Carrie has the power to channel the dead but feels she's been overshadowed by her own party trick: doesn’t anyone care about what she has to say? Kash takes his power – the ability to turn back time – very seriously, but he’s not above using it to undo minor embarrassments, or moments when he says exactly the wrong thing to long-suffering Carrie. The fourth member of the flat is a stray cat, named Jizzlord by the gang, who’s harbouring a surprising secret: turns out even cats have more power than Jen.
Adrift in a big, confusing world and armed with nothing but a bit of hope and a lot of desperation, Jen begins her journey to find her maybe-superpower. But in doing so, she might discover the joy of being just kind of ok. Extraordinary is led by a cast of rising UK talent, including MƔirƩad Tyers (Jen), Sofia Oxenham (Carrie), Bilal Hasna (Kash), and Luke Rollason (Jizzlord). Additional cast members include Siobhan McSweeney (Jen's mum, Mary), Robbie Gee (Jen's stepdad, Ian), Safia Oakley-Green (Jen's half-sister, Andy), and Ned Porteous (Luke).

New Leave it to Beaver Book Released; Nate Bargatze: Hello World on Prime Video on Jan. 31

Murderess Strikes Again!
When one thinks about the Leave it to Beaver, murder is not the first thing that comes to mind. The above headline was read in the newspaper by Ward Cleaver after a hard day at the office. He came home wanting to relax, but instead, reads about murder. What's a guy in Mayfield got to do to relax? For Ward, that typically involves listening to Wally and Beaver's problems at the dinner table. At least those problems are never anything so serious they can't be solved within the bounds of the twenty-five-minute length of a classic situation comedy. Well, there was that time Wally got caught up in a love triangle with an older woman and that time when the boys could have been charged with assault. But other than that, the boys' problems are usually mighty tame. And even those more serious problems were solved just before the closing credits began to roll.
The World Famous Beaverpedia and the TV show Leave it to Beaver can help readers and viewers escape from dwelling on crime, politics or a bad break up. Fans of Leave it to Beaver and classic TV will be able to dive into the pages of The World Famous Beaverpedia, watch a few episodes of the sitcom, dive back into the book, and probably succeed in escaping any problem they face. You will find within the almost 500 pages (and full size length 8.5 x 11" pages), chapters that cover Eddie Haskell's compliments and insults, Ward's occupation, everything about Mayfield, all the girls that Beaver hates and Wally likes, pop culture references, the Cleaver homes, what happens when the boys are left alone, and even a slang dictionary. This list is a small sample of what you will find inside The World Famous Beaverpedia. There is also an episode guide and biographies of every actor who appeared in all six seasons. A detailed index will also help anyone wanting to use this book as a reference work. To learn more about the book and read excerpts, please visit leaveittobeaverbooks.com.
