The CW Renews Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble; Mike Birbiglia: The Good Life on Netflix May 26

The CW Network announced that it has renewed family game shows Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble for 30-episode second seasons to air in 2026. Fan favorite Emmy® Award-winning actor, director, producer, and podcaster, LeVar Burton (Roots, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Reading Rainbow) will return to host and executive produce Trivial Pursuit.

Craig Ferguson

Multiple Grammy-nominated, Peabody, and Emmy® Award winning actor, writer, producer, director and comedian Craig Ferguson (The Late Late Show, Celebrity Name Game) joins Scrabble as the show's new host. Former Scrabble host Raven-Symoné (That's So Raven) stays on board the hit game show as an executive producer for Season 2. Both series based on the classic board games are produced by Hasbro Entertainment alongside Lionsgate Alternative Television, with Mattel Television Studios co-producing Scrabble.

Mike Birbiglia: The Good Life

Mike Birbiglia: The Good Life is coming soon to Netflix on May 26. In his latest hour, Mike Birbiglia - who merges storytelling, theater, and comedy in a way that The New York Times has called "Birbiglian" - opens up about his father's recent stroke and discusses how it has prompted him to reevaluate his own approach to fatherhood.
