The Conners Final Season Premieres March 26; Tyler Perry Gets 2nd Comedy Series for Netflix

The Conners

The 6 episode farewell event for The Conners begins Wednesday, March 26 at 8:00pm on ABC and Stream on Hulu. Through thick and thin, the Conners have stuck together. Season seven will bring the series to a total of 112 episodes once the series finale airs. The sitcom stars John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson, Emma Kenney, Ames McNamara, Jayden Ray, Jay R. Ferguson and Katey Sagal.




She the People

Netflix and Tyler Perry announced two new Netflix projects: a new film, Madea's Destination Wedding , and a new comedy series, She the People. The new projects mark Tyler Perry's sixth film and second series from his creative partnership with Netflix, which sees him write, direct, and produce films, series, and faith-based features. She the People marks Perry's second series for Netflix after Beauty in Black which reached #1 on the Global Top 10 TV List (English) following its debut. In She the People, Lieutenant Governor candidate Antoinette Dunkerson runs a successful campaign and now must figure out how to thrive under a sexist and condescending governor while attempting to keep her family in line now that they're all in the public eye
