SitcomsOnline Digest: Pluto TV Adding 6,300 Episodes from CBS Vault; Tuca & Bertie Cancelled
Welcome to SitcomsOnline Digest! This week, we're hearing about new additions to Pluto TV, more cancellations at the hands of Warner Bros Discovery, and more. Let's get going!

- Fans of classic TV should be excited to hear this: Pluto TV is adding 6,300 episodes of classic CBS series from their vault to the streaming service, including Frasier, Cheers, and Petticoat Junction, among others. (Variety)
- Because almost everything that is proposed at HBO Max get scrapped now that Warner is owned by a company that believes entertainment should be Chip and Joanna Gaines and/or people who are freaks of nature, it shouldn't be a surprise to know that the anticipated Degrassi reboot has met that fate as well. (Variety)
- But don't worry, as HBO Max continues to bring you less scripted entertainment and more Chip and Joanna Gaines, they have plans to raise the cost of their subscription and double the ads on their ad-free tier. (Deadline)
- Tuca & Bertie got saved by Adult Swim after Netflix cancelled it but now the network (which is owned by Warner Bros Discover, of course) has cancelled it after two seasons. (The Verge)
- Just in time for non-stop Christmas movies, Peacock is now streaming Hallmark Channel (as well as the two spinoff channels) for subscribers. (Deadline)
- CNBC has decided to cancel Shepard Smith's evening news show. (Variety)
- We have a premiere date for the final season of Dead to Me. (SitcomsOnline)
WEEKLY PLANNER (NOVEMBER 5 - NOVEMBER 11)
- Decades is on the run with a binge of The Fugitive this weekend.
- If you're already in the Christmas mood, it's already that time of the year for Hallmark Channel and Lifetime.
