New Peanuts Holiday Special on Apple TV+, PBS to Air Classic Holiday Specials; COZI TV Acquires Heartland

Apple announced that For Auld Lang Syne - the first new original holiday special to come from Apple's expanded partnership with WildBrain - will premiere globally on Friday, December 10 on Apple TV+. In the special, after the Peanuts gang experience a disappointing Christmas because Grandma can’t visit, Lucy resolves to throw herself the best New Year’s Eve party ever, while Charlie Brown struggles to accomplish just one of his resolutions before the clock strikes twelve. The festive tradition of gathering to watch the classic adventures of Charlie Brown, Snoopy and friends continues this holiday season with Apple and PBS again teaming up to offer multiple ways to view ad-free airings of It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and A Charlie Brown Christmas.
Peanuts fans of all ages will not only be able to stream these iconic specials in HD on Apple TV+, but the Halloween special, It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown will also air on PBS and PBS KIDS on Sunday, October 24 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT (check local listings), A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving will air on PBS and PBS KIDS on Sunday, November 21 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT (check local listings) and A Charlie Brown Christmas will air on PBS and PBS KIDS on Sunday, December 19 at 7:30 p.m. (check local listings).

Starting Sunday, October 10, COZI TV viewers will now be able to enjoy the family-drama television series Heartland. The newest addition to COZI TV's lineup of programming will hold a regular timeslot on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each week. This Sunday's COZI TV premiere will include episodes from season one. Heartland has aired for 14 seasons, originally debuting in 2007, it is based off the Heartland book series written by Lauren Brooke. The series is set on a family ranch in scenic foothills of the Rocky Mountains and follows the Fleming family after the tragic loss of their matriarch. Fans will watch characters Amy Fleming, played by Amber Marshall, and Lou Fleming, played by Michelle Morgan, as they work through their family dramas, pursue their dreams and discover things about themselves they didn’t know as they come together along with the rest of their family to help save their family ranch.
