2020 Christmas Eve and Christmas Day TV Marathons & Movies

Welcome to a special Christmas marathon style edition of the News Blog! That means we will recap all of the holiday episode stunts, marathons and holiday movie stunts on TV this holiday on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!

Some of the major TV stunts we mentioned already were Freeform's 25 Days of Christmas 2020 edition, concluding on Christmas Day after 25 days. That is always a fan favorite pick of course! Some of the stuff that will air on Christmas Eve and Day on Freeform include The Santa Clause and Home Alone. However, our pick of the marathons is once again on Antenna TV! Starting today they have a "Christmas Collection" marathon beginning at 5am on Christmas Eve through 5am Christmas Day. Then they will have a "Christmas Through the Years" marathon on Christmas Day running from 10am-5am following The Yule Log. Shows airing during these two events include The Jeffersons to Bewitched to The Hogan Family to Three's Company! The MeTV Network will also have holiday episodes of their series but also The Ed Sullivan Show Christmas special on Christmas Day from 10am-12pm. It's a Christmas conundrum! COZI TV has its A Very Cozi Christmas marathon that continues through Christmas Day with holiday episodes of shows like Little House, Frasier, and Roseanne but also Little House on the Prairie: Bless All the Dear Children movie on Christmas Eve. BUZZR celebrates with a Betty White Christmas that started on Monday and continues all this week!

Some of the other stuff includes TV Land, which will have holiday episodes of its series on Christmas Day, but it's not being called its annual Merrython again, but look for holiday episodes of The Andy Griffith Show, Two and a Half Men, The King of Queens, M*A*S*H and Everybody Loves Raymond all on Christmas Eve and Day. Pop TV has ER on Christmas Eve and Day, with some NCIS: Los Angeles on Christmas Day. Christmas episodes of The Facts of Life and A Very Brady Christmas on Christmas Eve are a few things you will see on Logo. BBC America has a Doctor Who marathon that starts Christmas Eve at 6:15am and lasting a few days! Comedy Central goes for laughs of course with its 31 Days of Holiday Survival, with The Office today on Christmas Eve and holiday episodes of series like South Park tomorrow on Christmas Day. AMC has Rankin/Bass specials mixed in with movies.

For the 24th straight year in a row Turner will have its annual A Christmas Story (1983) 24-hour movie marathon on TBS from 8pm Christmas through 8pm Christmas night! TNT will also the stunt! E! will air a marathon of the classic film It's a Wonderful Life all Christmas day from 6am-12am. Tons of other movie/film marathons on other nets like Harry Potter on USA, Coming to America on VH1, A Christmas Carol on FX, and Paddington on Cartoon Network. And NYC! WPIX has its annual holiday line-up set with 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, March of the Wooden Soliders, The Yule Log and The Honeymooners.

Colette and Gregg convince Vic to foster a dog and help him clean up his act to meet the dog rescuer Howie’s (Thomas Lennon) high standards. Meanwhile, Ceci tries to repay Barb by boosting Noa’s processing time, mainly by toning down his hotness.

St. Denis Medical - "Here a Righteous Woman Comes" (NBC, 8:00PM ET/PT)
Joyce hosts a ribbon-cutting for the birthing center; Matt and Serena take on an awkward assignment; Ron tries to knock out a quick physical before his fishing trip.

The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins - "The World Is Full of Beaks" (NBC, 8:30PM ET/PT)
Tobin tries to keep his personal life separate from the documentary, but Reggie doesn't make it easy for him; Monica helps Brina with her music career.
