The Huangs are pleasantly surprised to find that Eddie has been awarded a spot in the Honor Society, but Evan is particularly bothered by the news. Meanwhile, Jessica receives a note from her book editor to improve her cop dialogue and signs up for a ride-along to better her writing. Then, on St. Patrick’s Day, Matthew Chestnut doesn’t have the luck of the Irish on his side when Louis receives orders from Kenny Rogers to fire him.

Barry joins the football team but is quickly benched by Coach Mellor due to his lack of playing ability. He convinces himself the coach is testing him; but when Barry realizes the truth of his playing ability, Adam helps his brother understand there are other ways he can contribute to the team and comes up with their own version of the Super Bowl Shuffle. Meanwhile, Beverly designs jackets that she tries to get Murray and Erica to sell when a national TV channel won’t.

Speechless - "E-I-- EIGHTEEN" (ABC, 8:30PM ET/PT)
JJ struggles with not being treated like an adult on his 18th birthday. He storms out of his own party but soon learns a valuable lesson from Kenneth. Meanwhile, an exchange student moves in with Taylor, so Ray tries to make Taylor jealous with some of his father’s old moves but the plan backfires. And Dylan is recruited to be on the school’s wrestling team.

Modern Family - "Spanks for the Memories" (ABC, 9:00PM ET/PT)
When Jay overhears Gloria on the phone talking about spanking, he assumes she is frustrated in the bedroom. When he attempts to light the spark again by giving her exactly what she wants, he realizes he might have made a mistake. Meanwhile, now that Mitchell has an amazing new job, he and Cam throw a party to rub it in Cam’s friends’ faces so they can no longer give him “the look of pity”.

When Matt drives Greg to a job interview, they encounter a few bizarre obstacles that jeopardize getting him there on time. When gamers invade Cloud 9 for the release of a hot new video game, Jonah (Ben Feldman) tries to help Amy (America Ferrera) secure herself a copy of the game, which takes them on an unexpected adventure. Jack (Glenn Howerton) gets into a petty dispute with Marcus (Nick Peine), the President of Student Council. Marcus surprisingly refuses to back down and the situation escalates much too far. Stef (Lyric Lewis) sells makeup at school as a side business.

Will & Grace - "Three Wise Men" (NBC, 9:00PM ET/PT)
Grace (Debra Messing) is horrified to realize that she's dated three men from the same family. Will (Eric McCormack) and Karen (Megan Mullally) get on each other's nerves at the office until they bond over watching -- and producing -- their own little telenovela.
