Man with a Plan - "Adam's Turtle-y Awesome Valentine's Day" (CBS, 8:30PM ET/PT)
When Adam and Andi agree on a present-free Valentine’s Day, Adam gives the gift he planned for Andi to his mother instead.

Superior Donuts - "Always Bet on Black" (CBS, 9:00PM ET/PT)
Frustrated by Fawz’s willingness to exploit Black History Month to make a buck, Franco invites Wheels Langdon (Bill Cobbs), a former Negro League baseball player, to the shop to share his unsung story. The Middle - "Guess Who's Coming to Frozen Dinner" (ABC, 8:00PM ET/PT)
Mike’s wayward brother, Rusty (Norm MacDonald), comes to town and presents Sue with an extravagant gift, which Mike thinks is stolen goods. Meanwhile, with Sue now older and living the college life, Mike feels like he’s not as close to her as he used to be and tries to figure out a way to reconnect; Axl blows the money from his first paycheck on a big screen TV and blames his spending spree on years of learning from Frankie’s lack of financial wisdom; and Brick is stumped, but delighted to discover mysterious, unmarked gifts being left at the front door of the house.

Fresh Off the Boat - "Ride the Tiger" (ABC, 8:30PM ET/PT)
For Chinese New Year, the Huangs play a game where they can only speak in Mandarin, which quickly turns into a tense competition between Jessica and Evan, putting Jessica’s first televised interview for her novel in jeopardy. Emery is excited to end his year of bad luck and finally ask his crush to the spring fling, but when he is still having trouble, Louis decides to take matters into his own hands.
