Week 17 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2015-16 Week 17 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu): 

Households: #1. CBS 5.09/9 rating/share (-19% in rating from first four nights week 16); #2. NBC 3.65/6 (-10%); #3. Fox 3.46/6 (-16%); #4. ABC 3.03/5 (-4%); #5. The CW 0.81/1 (+25%).
Total Viewers: #1. CBS 8.060 million (-20% from first four nights week 16); #2. Fox 5.710 million (-17%); #3. NBC 5.690 million (-11%); #4. ABC 4.643 million (-5%); #5. The CW 1.265 million (+28%).
Adults 18-49: #1. Fox 1.59/5 rating/share (-5% in rating from first four nights week 16); #2. CBS 1.55/5 (-17%); #3. NBC 1.35/4 (-10%); #4. ABC 1.29/4 (-7%); #5. The CW 0.40/1 (+33%).

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 16 (1/4-1/10/16, LIVE+SD). CBS won the week in A18-49, thanks to NFL Playoffs of course did a 2.64 rating.  Fox was #2 with a 2.59 rating, boosted by an NFL Playoff overrun. NBC was #3 with a 1.86 rating, while ABC was #4 with a 1.13 rating.  Among total viewers, CBS was #1 with 12.098 million, with Fox #2 at 8.213 million.  NBC was #3 with 7.461 million and ABC at #4 with 4.351 million.

For season to-date (9/21/15-1/14/16, LIVE+SD), NBC is #1 in A18-49 with a 2.22 rating, followed by CBS at #2 with a 1.84 rating. Fox at #3 with a 1.62 rating and ABC at #4 with a 1.40 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 9.286 million, followed by NBC at #2 with 8.080 million, ABC #3 with 5.656 million and Fox #4 with 5.121 million.
