Week 16 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2015-16 Week 16 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu):

Households: #1. CBS 6.25/11 rating/share (+75% in rating from first four nights week 15); #2. Fox 4.14/7 (+223%); #3. NBC 4.07/7 (+65%); #4. ABC 3.16/5 (+16%); #5. The CW 0.65/1 (-3%).
Total Viewers: #1. CBS 10.069 million (+78% from first four nights week 15); #2. Fox 6.890 million (+242%); #3. NBC 6.373 million (+65%); #4. ABC 4.900 million (even); #5. The CW 0.989 million (-13%).
Adults 18-49: #1. Fox 1.98/6 rating/share (+236% in rating from first four nights week 15); #2. CBS 1.86/6 (+119%); #3. NBC 1.50/5 (+88%); #4. ABC 1.39/5 (+8%); #5. The CW 0.30/1 (-9%).

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 15 (12/28/15-1/3/16, LIVE+SD). NBC won the slow week in A18-49, thanks to Sunday Night Football of course, as NBC did a 1.75 rating. CBS was #2 with a 1.16 rating, boosted by an NFL overrun. ABC was #3 with a 1.01 rating, while Fox was #4 with a 0.92 rating. Among total viewers, CBS was #1 with 6.718 million, with NBC #2 at 6.658 million. ABC was #3 with 4.141 million and Fox at #4 with just 2.783 million.

For season to-date (9/21/15-1/7/16, LIVE+SD), NBC is #1 in A18-49 with a 2.25 rating, followed by CBS at #2 with a 1.80 rating. Fox at #3 with a 1.57 rating and ABC at #4 with a 1.42 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 9.173 million, followed by NBC at #2 with 8.137 million, ABC #3 with 5.746 million and Fox #4 with 4.972 million.
