Fox Fall 2026 Premiere Dates; FX's The Shards Trailer

Fox kicks off the 2026-27 season, announcing premiere dates for a standout fall lineup of returning scripted, unscripted and animated series. The fall season kicks off with the fan-favorite musical guessing game Celebrity Name That Tune, hosted by Tony Award winner and Emmy Award nominee Jane Krakowski with new bandleader Grammy Award nominee Robin Thicke (The Masked Singer) returning for another season starting Monday, Sept. 21 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) followed by the season two premiere of cutthroat game show Celebrity Weakest Link, (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) hosted by Emmy Award winner Jane Lynch.

The second season of the charming and heartfelt series Best Medicine, starring Emmy Award nominee Josh Charles, premieres Tuesday, Sept. 22 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), followed by the third season of the gripping medical drama Doc (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), led by Emmy Award nominee Molly Parker with Blair Underwood joining the cast as a new series regular.

Game show The Floor, hosted by Rob Lowe, begins its sixth season on Wednesday, Sept. 23 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) with a special "Champions" theme, followed by the Season Two premiere of million dollar competition series 99 to Beat (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), hosted by Ken Jeong and Erin Andrews.

On Thursday, Sept. 24, Hell's Kitchen (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) makes its historic Season 25 premiere featuring all chefs Under 25 years old competing for the grand prize, followed by the Season Five premiere of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), featuring 15 new celebrity recruits testing their mental and physical resolve in the Malaysian jungle.

The iconic "Fox Animation Domination" Sunday comedies get a dose of live-action laughs when Animal Control joins the end of the week line-up. Beginning Sunday, Sept. 27, all-new seasons of The Simpsons (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT), Animal Control (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT), Universal Basic Guys (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) and Grimsburg (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) premiere.

Additional series to premiere in the 2026-2027 season include Dramas: Baywatch, Memory of A Killer, Murder in a Small Town, The Interrogator; Half-Hour Animated Comedies: American Dad!, Bob's Burgers, Family Guy, and Krapopolis; Unscripted: Crime Scene Kitchen, Don't Forget The Lyrics, Extracted, Fear Factor: House of Fear, Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service, LEGO Masters, Marriage Market, Next Level Baker, Next Level Chef and The Masked Singer.

Hot. Rich. Dangerous. FX's The Shards premieres August 5 on FX | Hulu. The trailer has been released.

FX's The Shards is a seductive drama series from executive producer Ryan Murphy, based on the acclaimed bestselling novel by Bret Easton Ellis. Set against the vivid backdrop of 1980s Los Angeles, the series follows a group of privileged high school seniors at an elite prep school as they navigate identity, sex, jealousy, obsession and the dangers lurking beneath the surface of American adolescence. Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special Coming to Disney+; Fox Spring 2026 Schedule and Finale Dates

It was announced that the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special is coming to Disney+ on March 24. The special will celebrate the iconic series that defined a generation — exactly two decades after its Disney Channel debut.

The special will be filmed in front of a live studio audience and will feature an exclusive, in-depth interview with Miley Cyrus, hosted by Alex Cooper. The conversation will offer an intimate look at the creation of one of pop culture's most iconic characters and the lasting impact the show and character have had on fans around the world. With heartfelt nostalgia and fresh perspective, Cyrus will revisit the moments, music and memories that defined an era. Viewers will be treated to never-before-seen archival footage, while some of the most memorable sets from Hannah Montana are brought back to life — including the Stewart family living room and the legendary Hannah Montana closet. There will also be some familiar *notes* that find their way back into the spotlight...

With one of Disney's most passionate fandoms, Hannah Montana became a global phenomenon, reshaping kids' television, influencing music and fashion, and launching a generation-defining pop star. The EmmyⓇ-nominated series spawned 14 platinum and 18 gold albums worldwide, as well as two feature films.

The special is produced by HopeTown Entertainment and Unwell Productions. Ashley Edens serves as showrunner, with Miley Cyrus, Tish Cyrus-Purcell, Alex Cooper and Matt Kaplan as executive producers. Cooper will also host the special, guiding Hannah Montana fans through the nostalgic and highly anticipated anniversary celebration.

Fox announced its Spring 2026 premiere dates, unveiling a dynamic slate of bold event programming, high-octane adventure and the return of proven hits. From high-stakes game shows and iconic culinary battles to heartfelt romance, immersive adventure, and epic event series, the spring lineup delivers must-watch programming anchored by familiar favorites and all-new original programming.

This Easter season, the powerful biblical event series The Faithful: Women of the Bible, starring Minnie Driver, Jeffrey Donovan, Natacha Karam and more, will air for three consecutive Sundays (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) beginning Sunday, March 22, continuing on Sunday, March 29 and concluding on Easter Sunday, April 5.

Then, Rob Lowe returns as host of The Floor with a special two-hour season five premiere Wednesday, April 8 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), where contestants compete in dynamic head-to-head battles of trivia and strategy. Brains and the big yellow balls are back starting Monday, April 13 with host Joel McHale testing the nation's wits on The 1% Club (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), followed by the high-stakes, sink-or-swim quiz show The Quiz with Balls (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) hosted by Jay Pharoah.

The iconic culinary series MasterChef takes the competition worldwide as it returns for Season 16 Wednesday, April 15 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), celebrating international cuisine with award-winning chef and executive producer Gordon Ramsay as host and judge, alongside renowned restaurateur Joe Bastianich and acclaimed chef and entrepreneur Tiffany Derry. Then, The Floor will make its time period premiere that evening (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). An all-new season of celebrity action-adventure series Running Wild with Bear Grylls will make its Fox debut Tuesday, April 21 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), following the season four premiere of Farmer Wants a Wife (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), hosted by Kimberly Williams-Paisley, three new salt-of-the-earth farmers search for their match in the countryside.

NBC Fall 2025 Premiere Dates; Fox Fall 2025 Premiere Dates

NBC will begin the 2025-26 season the week of Sept. 22 with a robust programming lineup that will feature the latest iteration of the iconic musical competition series The Voice, the return of the compelling Zachary Quinto drama series Brilliant Minds, the venerable Law & Order franchise and the finale of summer's #1 show, America's Got Talent. The Sept. 22 season premiere of The Voice will feature the all-star coaching panel of Michael Bublé, Reba McEntire, Niall Horan and Snoop Dogg. A new champion will be crowned on America's Got Talent on Wednesday, Sept. 24 while an all-Law & Order lineup returns the next day, Thursday, Sept. 25.

On Wednesday, Oct. 1, fan-favorite #OneChicago is back with all-new tales from the Windy City and its incredible first responders. That same week marks the launch of the highly anticipated new unscripted series On Brand with Jimmy Fallon, which will make its debut with a twice-weekly cadence on Tuesdays and Fridays. Coming off its historic 50th season, Saturday Night Live begins its newest season on Oct. 4. NBC's hit comedies St. Denis Hospital and Happy's Place will both start their sophomore campaigns the week of Nov. 3 with back-to-back airings of St. Denis Medical on Mondays and Happy's Place on Fridays.

NBC will officially kick-off fall on Thursday, Sept. 4 with the launch of the new season of Sunday Night Football - the #1 primetime program for the last 14 years - when the Dallas Cowboys travel to play the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles. The first Sunday night telecast will air later that weekend when the Baltimore Ravens head to upstate New York to visit the Buffalo Bills. Also on the sports calendar, the highly anticipated return of the NBA to NBC begins Tuesday, Oct. 21, starting with the hourlong pregame show at 6:30 p.m. The teams playing in the 7:30 and 10 p.m. premiere Tip Off doubleheader will be announced shortly.

As previously announced, NBC will begin the holiday season on Nov. 6 at 8 p.m. ET/PT with a two-hour Wicked special that will feature musical performances from stars Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande and other surprises guests. The specials will serve as a celebration to the Universal film Wicked: For Good, which will open in theaters on Nov. 21. The returning drama The Hunting Party and newly ordered comedy series The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins and Stumble will be added to the 2025-26 schedule at a later date.

Fox Fall 2024 Premiere Dates; Apple TV+ Renews Loot for Season 3

Fox is set to deliver a 2024-2025 television season filled with all-new original entertainment, and announces premiere dates for its fall 2024 schedule, including new and returning scripted, unscripted and animation series. The fall season kicks off with the series premiere of all-new animated comedy Universal Basic Guys on Sunday, Sept. 8, immediately following the FOX NFL doubleheader (8:00-8:30PM ET/5:00-5:30PM PT, live to all time zones). New pulse-pounding Hawaii-set lifeguard drama Rescue: HI-Surf, from prolific, award-winning executive producer/director John Wells (Shameless, The West Wing, ER) and executive producer/writer Matt Kester (Animal Kingdom, Outsiders), will make its series debut with a special premiere on Sunday, Sept. 22, immediately following the FOX NFL doubleheader (8:00-9:00PM ET/5:00-6:00PM PT, live to all time zones).

Firefighter drama 9-1-1: Lone Star begins its fifth season on Monday, Sept. 23 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), followed by the time-period premiere of Rescue: HI-Surf (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). All new murder mystery series Murder in a Small Town will have a special 90-minute series premiere on Tuesday, Sept. 24 (8:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) starring Rossif Sutherland (Reign, The Handmaid's Tale) and Kristin Kreuk (Smallville, Beauty and the Beast). Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 1, Murder in a Small Town moves to its regular time period (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), following the season two premiere of crime anthology series Accused (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT). Molly Wells is jetting off to a third season! Following its widely celebrated and hilarious second season, Apple TV+ announced that Loot has been renewed for season three. The critically acclaimed, global hit comedy led by five-time Emmy Award-winning star and executive producer Maya Rudolph, alongside an all-star comedy ensemble cast that includes Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Nat Faxon, Ron Funches and Joel Kim Booster, the series has been hailed as "a quirky comedy with a lot of heart," "fierce" and "fabulous" in addition to being praised for its "laugh-out-loud shenanigans." Viewers were left on the edge of their seats following the season two finale that saw Molly Wells (Rudolph) and her trusted and unhinged assistant Nicholas (Booster) board Molly's private jet following her awkward exchange with her will-they, won't-they colleague Arthur (Faxon).
