September Is Anniversary Month on Hulu; Freeform's 31 Nights of Halloween Returns for Its 25th Anniversary

This September, Hulu's cup runneth over with classic, milestone anniversaries from some of TV's fan favorite series including full seasons of The X-Files, Felicity, Frasier, Will & Grace, One Tree Hill and more.
FX's Sons of Anarchy - 15th Anniversary (September 3, 2008)
Sons of Anarchy is an adrenalized drama with darkly comedic undertones about a notorious outlaw motorcycle club intent on protecting their sheltered small town against encroaching drug dealers, corporate developers and overzealous law officers. The club is equally determined to protect their ruthless and illegally thriving arms business. Charlie Hunnam stars as Jackson 'Jax' Teller, a man whose love for the brotherhood is tested by his growing apprehension for its lawlessness. Katey Sagal stars as Gemma Teller Morrow, Jax's force-of-nature mother, who along with Ron Perlman as Clarance 'Clay' Morrow, Jax's stepfather and MC president, have their own darker vision for the club. An FX Networks Original Series.
The X-Files - 30th Anniversary (September 10, 1993)
The truth is out there. FBI agents Scully and Mulder seek it in this sci-fi phenomenon about their quest to explain the seemingly unexplainable. Their strange cases include UFO sightings, alien encounters and abductions, and just about everything else among the paranormal.
Frasier - 30th Anniversary (September 16, 1993)
Comedy series set in Seattle, WA, which chronicles the lives of an eloquently pompous radio show host Dr. Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer), his brazen radio producer Roz (Peri Gilpin), his competitive, high-brow brother Niles (David Hyde Pierce), their crotchety father Martin (John Mahoney) and his quirky live-in nurse Daphne (Jane Leeves).
Will & Grace - 25th Anniversary (September 21, 1998)
Will and Grace are best friends and roommates. With pals Karen and Jack, it's all fair game for this outspoken foursome, from sex and dating to cutting cultural commentary.
NYPD Blue - 30th Anniversary (September 21, 1993)
Committed to reflecting reality, this series portrays the mature themes of life in the police department of New York City with an unprecedented combination of real life, real language and real dramas. Whether it's in the squad room or the bedroom, NYPD Blue will offer viewers the kind of realism more often associated with theatrical films than with network television.
One Tree Hill - 20th Anniversary (September 23, 2003)
In a small North Carolina town, two estranged half brothers carry on very different lives. Basketball prodigy Nathan Scott has inherited the throne of high school popularity once held by his father, Dan, while Lucas Scott, also a talented player, stays an outsider. Spending nights shooting hoops on a riverfront court, Lucas remains the son Dan never acknowledged. Now, Lucas' and Nathan's paths intersect for the first time.
Felicity - 25th Anniversary (September 23, 2003)
A young fresh out of high school girl, follows her high school crush to college in New York City to be near him.
Also celebrating this year...
The O.C. - 20th Anniversary (August 5, 2003)
In The O.C., the lives of a group of friends and families are forever changed when an outsider arrives to their affluent community of Newport Beach in Orange County, California. From Josh Schwartz, the executive producer of Gossip Girl and Chuck, the series became a pop-culture phenomenon with its mix of heart, humor, drama and romance.
Living Single - 30th Anniversary (August 22, 1993)
Khadijah James (Queen Latifah) has it all - a great job running her own trendy magazine and part ownership of a fancy brownstone. Sharing the ownership of their home is her endearingly naïve cousin Synclaire (Kim Coles) who's also Khadijah's assistant at the magazine. Their third roommate is a sarcastic, selfish fortune hunter Regine (Kim Fields). And even though she doesn't live in the brownstone, Khadijah's best friend, Maxine (Erika Alexander) - a tough, aggressive divorce attorney always searching for Mr. Right - spends more time here than she does in her own home. With love, laughter and a little bit of luck, four women in New York City on the threshold of the rest of their lives hilariously celebrate Living Single.
That's So Raven - 20th Anniversary (January 17, 2003)
Raven Baxter is a typical teenager who just happens to be psychic. The only problem is that Raven's sneak peeks into the future can make her (and her best friends Eddie and Chelsea) jump to the wrong conclusions. Somehow, they manage to create more comedic problems than they solve!

Fri-Yay: American Auto Is Possible Worthy Successor to Superstore; Raven's Home Returns for 5th Season in March

by Vincent
A few weeks ago, I highlighted a series I was really enjoying a lot, Abbott Elementary. In my opinion, Abbott Elementary is easily the best new sitcom. But frankly, it's been a really good year for network sitcoms. And American Auto is another example of this seasons surprisingly great batch of new network comedies.
American Auto comes from Justin Spitzer, who was the showrunner of Superstore. It has a great cast, including Ana Gasteyer, a hilarious TV comedic veteran. And the joke writing is sharp, fresh and funny - and frankly, a bit more biting than many other network comedies of recent times. If you haven't checked it out yet, I highly recommend it. The ratings have been fairly low, unlike the solid breakouts of Abbott Elementary and Ghosts, and I'd love to see it continue to grow and evolve. In some bit of news, Tom Bergeron is guest starring on the show very soon - stay tuned!
Raven's Home, the long-running hit comedy series starring and executive produced by Raven-Symoné, will return for its fifth season on Friday, March 11, at 8:00 p.m. EST/PST on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW. A spinoff of the iconic Disney Channel comedy That's So Raven (2003-2007), Raven's Home follows the hilarious adventures driven by somewhat psychic Raven Baxter (Raven-Symoné) and her son Booker (Issac Ryan Brown), who has inherited his mom's gift to catch glimpses of the future. In season five of Raven's Home, Raven and Booker move back to San Francisco to help take care of her dad after a mild heart attack. Now Raven finds herself parenting her parent, raising her young cousin, and settling into life in her old hometown. Meanwhile, Booker is "the new kid" at Raven's old high school and has to keep his visions a secret from a new group of friends.
Joining the cast for season five are Rondell Sheridan, who reprises his role as Raven's easygoing and loveable dad, Victor, from That's So Raven; Mykal-Michelle Harris (ABC's mixed-ish) as Raven's young cousin, Alice; Felix Avitia (Disney's Gamers Guide to Pretty Much Everything) as Neil, Victor's neighbor and Booker's high school classmate; and musician and singer Emmy Liu-Wang (Andrean Players' Annie) as Ivy, a young neighbor who babysits Alice. Adrienne Bailon-Houghton (The Real), who portrayed Raven's arch-nemesis Alana in That's So Raven, will return in a recurring role as a grown-up version of the character, who is now the principal at Bayside High. Also joining in a recurring role is Marissa Reyes (Spirit Halloween) as Cami, a popular and ambitious girl with a rebellious streak.

Based on the wildly popular TLC show What Not To Wear, the pilot follows Raven and her team of experts, designer Nina Ferrer and craftsman James Worsham, as they lead a style intervention to overhaul home design disasters. From homes with outdated, over-the-top decor to ones with out-of-control memorabilia collections, the houses – and the owners – are in for a major change. During the pilot, Raven and her team will meet with homeowners who are stuck in a style rut. They will survey what items to keep, toss and sell online to maximize the budget. After that, it’s out with the old as the rooms are emptied of everything, including carpet, drapes and wallpaper.

The single moms come together to help raise their children - Raven's 11-year-old twins Booker and Nia, Chelsea's 9-year-old son Levi - in one chaotic, but fun household that often includes the twin's best friend and neighbor Tess. Raven still catches glimpses of the future, but she's not the only one in the family who does - Booker has the same ability. While Booker uses his newly found power to try and make sense of middle school and his new family life, Raven uses her power to help her be a better mom, a great fashion designer and an awesome friend. Once Upon a Time: The Final Battle Begins - Join the talented cast and executive producers as they identify some of their favorite moments over the past six seasons, as well as take a look back at their characters' journeys. They will discuss what the show has meant to them personally and to the millions of fans who made Once Upon a Time a hit show on ABC. Additionally in this special, "Oncers" get to ask the cast and producers their most burning questions about the series. Take a look back at the origins, the love and romance, and all the adventures along that way that fans have cherished these past six seasons on Sunday, May 14 (7:00-8:00 p.m. EDT). Afterwards, stay tuned for the epic two-hour season finale, as the final battle has arrived, on Once Upon a Time, (8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network.

ABC Family's Throwback Week Block; NBC Alters Friday Line-Up in January
ABC Family says goodbye to 2014 with its "That's So Throwback" programming block, featuring Disney Channel classic comedy series Lizzie McGuire, That's So Raven, Even Stevens, and original movies The Cheetah Girls and Halloweentown. "That's So Throwback" airs Monday, December 29th, 2014 through Friday, January 2nd, 2015, from midnight to 2AM ET/PT. There is no better time for nostalgia than the end of the year, so why not spend those late nights catching up on the favorite shows of your tween years? Life was simpler when all you had to worry about was whether or not Lizzie was actually going to find Aaron Carter, if Luis beats those mean school bullies at their own game, or if The Cheetah Girls will get their record deal. So instead of reminiscing about your Disney Channel friends or going online to watch clips, hang out with ABC Family and watch the real thing instead. You'll see stars like Hillary Duff, Raven-Symoné, Kyle Massey, Shia LaBeouf, Adrienne Bailon, Sabrina Bryan, and the legendary Debbie Reynolds.
When NBC's Friday line-up returns on Friday, Jan. 16 with new episodes, it will have some timeslot changes. The network will move struggling rookie drama Constantine to the 8:00pm hour, prompting to move news-magazine Dateline NBC to 10:00pm instead. Grimm will still anchor the night at 9:00pm, though, so it is a switch between Constantine and Dateline. The move will be for 5 weeks only, as Constantine has only 5 episodes left to air. No word yet on what will air at 8pm beginning Feb. 27. Based on the wildly popular DC Comics series "Hellblazer," Constantine is a seasoned demon hunter and master of the occult John Constantine (Matt Ryan, Criminal Minds) specializes in giving hell... hell.
