Bookie Season 2 Premieres December 12 on Max; Apple TV+ Mythic Quest Is Back in January
From Emmy®-nominated creators Chuck Lorre and Nick Bakay, the Max Original comedy series Bookie returns for its second season Thursday, December 12. The eight-episode season, starring Sebastian Maniscalco and produced by Warner Bros. Television, will debut episodes weekly on Max leading up to the season finale on Thursday, January 30. From Emmy®-nominated creator Chuck Lorre (The Big Bang Theory) and Nick Bakay, this darkly funny comedy follows veteran Los Angeles bookie Danny (Sebastian Maniscalco) as the potential legalization of sports gambling in California threatens to upend his business for good. Alongside best friend and former NFL player Ray (Omar J. Dorsey), side-hustling sister Lorraine (Vanessa Ferlito), and reluctantly reformed drug dealer Hector (Jorge Garcia), Danny must contend with his increasingly unstable clients as he tries to settle their debts – all while making plenty of risky bets of his own. Full of relatable mishaps, Bookie chronicles one man’s journey to adapt to an ever-changing world as he attempts to charm and con his way to the top.
Season 2 cast: Stars Sebastian Maniscalco, Omar J. Dorsey, Vanessa Ferlito, Jorge Garcia, Andrea Anders, Maxim Swinton and Rob Corddry. Guest stars this season will include Charlie Sheen, Ray Romano, Zach Braff, and Brad Garrett.
Apple TV+ announced that the fourth season of its hit comedy Mythic Quest, hailing from creators Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day and Megan Ganz, will make its global debut on Apple TV+ with two episodes on Wednesday, January 29, followed by one new episode weekly through Wednesday, March 26. Season four of Mythic Quest brings stars Rob McElhenney, Charlotte Nicdao, David Hornsby, Danny Pudi, Ashly Burch, Imani Hakim, Jessie Ennis and Naomi Ekperigin under the same fluorescent office lights as the reunited team at Mythic Quest confronts new challenges amongst a changing video game landscape as stars rise, egos clash, relationships bloom, and everyone tries to have a little more work work life balance.
Plus, as the upcoming fourth season of Mythic Quest reaches its finale, the much-anticipated anthology series, titled Side Quest (FKA Mere Mortals), will make its global debut on March 26 with all four episodes. An expansion of the Mythic Quest universe, Side Quest explores the lives of employees, players, and fans who are impacted by the game in an anthology format. The series stars Rob McElhenney, Anna Konkle, Derek Waters, William Stanford Davis, Bria Henderson, Rome Flynn, Leonard Robinson, Gary Kraus, Annamarie Kasper, Esai Morales, Shalta Grant and many more in the leading roles across each installment.

Sitcom Stars Pair Up on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire; TV One Premieres Raising Fame
Who Wants to Be a Millionaire's 25th anniversary premiere episode will feature Kenan & Kel alums and Good Burger 2 stars Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell competing for the grand prize, as well as Oh, Hello on Broadway stars John Mulaney and Nick Kroll. The additional celebrity pairings hold just as close of a bond as they include sitcom stars Full House alums John Stamos and Dave Coulier, Everybody Loves Raymond and Bupkis stars Ray Romano and Brad Garrett, Scrubs alums Zach Braff and Donald Faison, Dave stars Lil Dicky and GaTa, Bookie stars Sebastian Maniscalco and Omar J. Dorsey, Community alums Gillian Jacobs and Danny Pudi, and Another Period stars Natasha Leggero and Jason Ritter.
Other celebrity pairings include siblings Kelly and Jack Osbourne, podcast co-hosts Nicole Byer and Sasheer Zamata, Rosie O'Donnell and Abbott Elementary star Celebrity Jeopardy! winner Lisa Ann Walter, Ike Barinholtz and Alan Barinholtz, Sophia Bush and Alex Edelman, Jeff Ross and "Cousin Sal" Iacono, and Ron Funches and Reggie Watts. Who Wants to Be a Millionaire premieres Wednesday, July 10 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

Bookie Renewed for Season 2; Cast for The White Lotus Season 3

Leslie Bibb, Dom Hetrakul, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Parker Posey and Tayme Thapthimthong join the cast of the third installment of the Emmy(R)-winning HBO Original series The White Lotus, from Mike White, alongside previously announced returning cast member Natasha Rothwell. The series will begin production in and around Koh Samui, Phuket, and Bangkok in February and will follow a new group of guests at another White Lotus property. HBO has partnered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand to support the filming and promotion of the third installment.

Bookie Premieres November 30 on Max; Ted Lasso Star Holiday Special on Apple TV+

Apple revealed the trailer for the all-new holiday event Hannah Waddingham: Home for Christmas, set to debut globally on November 22 on Apple TV+, and announced a companion album launching the same date, available on all music streaming platforms. Recorded live at The Coliseum in London, one of London's oldest and most beautiful theaters, the one-hour special will feature Emmy Award winner Hannah Waddingham ringing in the season with musical performances of beloved Christmas classics.
Joining Waddingham on stage will include Sam Ryder, Luke Evans, Leslie Odom Jr., Phil Dunster and more special guests, with additional performers including the English National Opera, the London Gay Men's Chorus, The Fabulous Lounge Swingers and an 18-piece band. Along the way, Hannah shares her personal journey to this magical moment with anecdotes and memories about her own holiday experiences. The live soundtrack, available for pre-save, will be available on all music streaming platforms via Platoon on November 22, and features every musical highlight from the special. Waddingham's performance of "What Christmas Means To Me" is available as a single now.
