Colin Jost has mostly been known as the Weekend Update anchor on Saturday Night Live (though he has recently been making appearances at Pete Hegseth), but now he wants to go all-in on acting with a new Peacock drama series that is based upon a true story where he portrays a dentist who is a drug kingpin on the side.
