  • A lot of people aren't happy about Paramount and Warner Bros merging, but there is a sign that it may not be a successful merger, as Paramount Skydance debt has been downgraded to junk in light of the announced merger, and it's looking increasingly likely that the combined entity may collapse soon after they're merged.   • He isn't a household name, but writer/producer Bob Rosenfarb, who mostly worked on Who's the Boss? and Step by Step (but also did work for All in the Family, Archie Bunker's Place, The Golden Girls, Cagney & Lacey, St. Elsewhere, and even some animated children's series), has died.
