MeTV Acquires Full House, Launches with Bob Saget Tribute; Dickinson Gets Documentary Retrospective

MeTV welcomes Full House to the neighborhood with a Bob Saget tribute. The beloved TV family The Tanners are coming to the MeTV lineup, starting with a tribute to one of America's favorite TV dads! Don't miss the tribute to Bob Saget with four specially-selected episodes showcasing the Tanner family patriarch, Danny Tanner ("The Big Three-O," "'Ol Brown Eyes," "Bachelor of the Month," and "The Trouble with Danny"). The tribute starts this Sunday, January 16, at 2PM ET/1PM CT. Then, you can see Full House every Sunday at 2PM-4PM ET/1PM-3PM CT as they add this iconic show to the their Sunday schedule (temporarily replacing Gilligan's Island in the time period) starting Jan. 23 with the very first episode ("Our Very First Show"). Gilligan's Island will move to 4-5pm starting Feb. 20. Before Bob Saget even passed away last Sunday, MeTV had already acquired Full House and was planning on launching it in February with a Valentine's marathon on Super Bowl Sunday. We were going to announce it on Monday, but then Bob passed away so we held it and did a tribute to him instead. As of now, the Valentine's stunt is still planned. "Fall in Love with Full House" as MeTV presents a heartfelt marathon of love themed episodes of Full House the day before Valentine's Day on Sunday, February 13 from 12:00-6:00pm ET/PT on Super Bowl Sunday (who needs to watch the pre-game anyway?). Episodes airing in the Valentine's stunt are: "Jesse's Girl," "A Little Romance," "Little Shop of Sweaters," "Stephanie Plays the Field," "The Wedding Part 1," "The Wedding Part 2," "Lovers and Other Tanners," "The Heartbreak Kid," "The House Meets the Mouse Part 1," "The House Meets the Mouse Part 2," "Prom Night" and "Dateless in San Francisco."
