Welcome to SitcomsOnline Digest! As usual for mid-May, this has been about the busiest week of news of the year, so we can't cover everything... but we are jam packed with some of the highlights! Let's get going!

- ABC decided to shake things up this week by announcing the cancellation of mixed-ish and American Housewife, along with the announcement that the next season of black-ish will be the last. (TVLine)
- How long can Grey's Anatomy go on? At least 18 seasons, although not too many members of the original cast remain. (CNN)
- NBC has decided to call it quits on the idea of a talk show in the 1:30 AM slot, but hasn't quite decided what will replace it just yet. (Deadline)
- The final episode of Mom has aired, and Deadline has a Q&A with executive producer and co-creator Gemma Baker. (Deadline)
- Ellen is done with her talk show, but there will be one more season first. (Hollywood Reporter)
- Quibi is coming back, sort of, courtesy of The Roku Channel. (Vulture)
- Actor Norman Lloyd, known to TV viewers for his starring role in St. Elsewhere, has died at 106. (Variety)
- The CW is "growing up" to be a seven night a week network in the fall, adding in Saturday nights... the night that nobody watches TV. (Variety)
